“Lexi initially ate her food with no issues then I I slightly changed her food format which she didnt like. My next delivery is back to the original plan and hoping she still likes the food. I did enquire on the wet food but at the moment not prepared to take a full tray as she may not like that so would be a waste of money imo. Would have been nice to have been sent a couple of samples of wet food to se if she did like it but they dont do that which is a shane”

“After years of trying to get a food that my boxer Seamus actually liked and that didnt upset his stomach Tails.com have surpassed all expectations. He actually asks for his food now and woofs it down instead of turning his nose up. Thank you so much !”

“Its good quality food and delivered to your door. Good price. My dog loves it. He looks healthy and happy with it, a lot of people comment on how good he looks. Tails.com always advise when your delivery is due, you can change it, bring it forward or delay it if need be”

“Just about everything about this company is great and nothing scores below medium/average (that falls to price). Tails really aces it on delivery: a few days before they dispatch your regular monthly supply, they notify you by email, giving you the opportunity to amend, delay or expedite it. Delivery has never been delayed, quite a logistical feat given the current problems caused by Covid19! It is so easy to tailor the product to the dog's dietary needs using their online template; this takes account of any of your pet's allergies, such as coat/skin and grain, dairy and certain meats. Never had to trouble customer service as everything has always been problem free. Thoroughly deserving of 5 stars!”

“Syd loves his food from Tails.com. We love the range of goodies that are available from the kibble to the biscuits and dental dailies. The staff have been really helpful with any queries that we have had. Photo shows Syd enjoying his treats and Tails.com water bowl on his walk!”

“Tails is the only dry food that my 12 year old Jack Russell has ever eaten! He absolutely loves it! The customer service team are also super helpful when needed. I am only going to buy Tails from now on.”

“Lola used to play about with her food, however since switching over to Tails, she happily crunches away on her mix. I added wet food into her diet which she thoroughly enjoys, and she loves her new peanut butter based treats too. With her getting older, it’s important her weight is kept under control, and I have piece of mind that her mix aids her joints and mobility too.”

“I received a friendly and welcome email after signing up to tails. Getting customers attention and keeping it is always hard however the customer service definitely made me happy and looking forward to my tails delivery. I’ve received recent emails on the lead up to my delivery including asking if I needed to change anything about my delivery, it’s always great as with dogs you never know if your gonna need some emergency poo bags or treats so I found that super helpful. Very excited to see how my little guy enjoys his food! Keep up the good work tails! Always love when a dog owner signs from them and there dog and that’s exactly what tails employees done! It makes it that bit more friendly and welcoming. I’ve now received my dog food and I am so impressed! I done a free trial and only paid for the postage due to this I thought I would receive a small bag however I got a big bag of dog food that has gone down a treat so far! I loved the personalisation with adding my dogs name to the dog food and the free scoop that came with it. The scoop really helps dog owners ensure they are feeding their furry friends the right amount. Along with his I got a recipe for a dog and human friendly ice cream! Who doesn’t love that! I couldn’t fault this dog food company at all I feel like I’ve been welcomed into a doggy community especially with there blog showing all the other happy dogs!”

“Marshall loves the wet and dry food so much. He’s always eager to eat and there’s never anything left! Have tried the denture sticks too but they only last 20 seconds, crunch, crunch, gone! But he knows they’re one of his treats! Customer services were fantastic after an issue by delivery driver accidentally damaging a box and bag of food. Sent out a complementary bag of dry food straightaway! Thank you!”

“Alfie loves his Tails.com food. He used to get bored quite quickly of previous brands, but since switching a couple of years ago, he hasn’t looked back and enjoys every mealtime. He is fit and healthy with no weight issues. His food is delivered promptly every month, with forewarning so you have the opportunity to change delivery date if need be. It also works out considerably cheaper than the previous higher brand foods he used to turn his nose up at. I don’t usually write reviews, but this dog food really is one of the best gems I’ve stumble across on the internet.”

“I have been using tails now for about 2 years and they always deliver on time, letting me know when my dogs order is being prepared and then when it’s out for delivery. Very good service, easy to use and cater for the needs of your dog”
