“Firstly, Pippa loves the food. At 10 she has not been in dried food for many years so I add a little drop of gravy or Oxo on it and she just wolfs it all down and dish is so clean it looks as if it's been washed. Secondly the wet food is brilliant I always think it looks good enough to eat myself”

“We got Shadow at 8 weeks old, for the first 18 months of his life he constantly had a bad tummy. We tried 4 or 5 different brands, trying to give each one time to work. Someone recommended Tails to us and after nearly two weeks of switching over his tummy has been perfect. It’s been 3 months now and extremely happy with the results!”

“Tails are amazing! Not over-priced, Always deliver on time, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. My dog had dental surgery so I asked if they could do smaller biscuits and they did! Along with a free sample of soft treats for her too, which she now loves! Highly recommend”

“Tails has really helped my dogs diet with their tailor made food. Her digestion is better & she's managed to lose weight. They have great selection of food which you can chose & alter when you want. Also you can change delivery days. They are very flexible. If you need advice on food or healthy issues they have an excellent team who can help. I'm glad I switched my dog food to Tails I've a happy healthy dog which makes me happy.”

“Daisy not too keen on kibbles tried mixing with wet food and gravy no interest. The only way she will eat is when I put them in toys that distribute them”

We're sorry to hear Daisy isn't too keen on her current recipe, Sandra and that our tips and tricks haven't worked as you'd hoped. We have thousands of different possible recipe combinations so if she's not too keen on her current recipe, we could look at switching some flavours around to hopefully find one she'll much prefer. “Finn at 1yr was a very fussy eater which is why we decided to try Tails.com. After initial problems sorting out his food, through which we were guided by the helpful staff, he now eats everything and with gusto. Our other dog Charlie is coming up to !2 and although he was always a good eater we changed him as well. He now has more energy and can give young Finn a good run. He also is more playful. Its so good to see 2 whippets enjoying a good chase in the fields. Easy to contact for help and easy to alter profile. Happy dogs and happy mum.”

“Going from a dog who near constantly had extremely loose stools to one with 'the perfect poops' just by swapping on to Tails.com!!! It's made our other more grumpy dog distinctly less grumpy, they both have a looooad of energy. It's helped with bloating, their stools, their coats - everything!! Mega easy to adjust their food to their weight, their activity level, dietary requirements through the dashboard. 100% recommend, just give it a try and be patient, the results don't appear straight away.”

“Customer service is good, delivery is prompt, the only criticism I have is the size of the bags of kibble, I have chosen to give my old dog more wet food and less kibble as I have now got the balance right and his digestion has improved, he was a rescue and heaven knows what he had been fed before as his teeth were in a dreadful state and his breath could strip paint! He has a whole tray of wet food and 150 grms kibble per day divided into 2 meals so I have about 3months kibble to one month of wet food and it is just too much, I have to keep pushing back my full order and just order wet food for a period of about 3 months. I admit it is not the prescribed diet proposed by Tails but it suits my dog well and the food is good.”

“Albert loves his food which makes for a very happy dog & owners. It always arrives on time & if there are any issues with supplies or anything I always get an email in plenty of time to change the order. Yes the cost has gone up but this is only to be expected as it is with everything else. Account is easy to access online.”

“My dog does enjoy the food and he just had his 4th month box delivered. However Ironically After the 3rd box I reduced it to what I was happy to pay going forward for food, simply by removing treats. Then after doing this I recieved an email today advising that a cost increase was happening. Something about the timing of the email and ne adjusting the products purchased does not sit right, and I suspect this probably happens often, but I could be wrong lol.”

Hi Donna, It's really great to hear Leo is loving his food, although I'm sorry for any disappointment with our recent price increase. Like most other businesses, we've experienced a significant increase in the cost of our raw materials and energy in the past year. We have held off passing these increases on to our customers as long as possible; however, we can no longer do so while continuing to deliver the high-quality food and service that our customers and their dogs deserve. Each recipe we create is unique to the dog it's tailored for, and so is the price you pay. I'd like us to take a look at Leo's recipe together to see what we can do to help. “I was trying to change a kibble in my dog Mickie’s food. He won’t eat the triangular kibble! It took 4 or 5 text messages to get this done, and I was very upset. I almost cancelled my account with you:( I feel there was no need for all the messages, just a plain and simple, ‘Yes we can change it for you would have been good’ as the end conclusion woad the same.”

Hi Mary, I'm sorry to hear Mickie's not quite getting on with one kibble that makes up his tailor-made recipe. We always want everything to run smoothly when you get in touch with us so I'm sorry you feel this wasn't the case on this occasion. The small, triangular-shaped kibble has been in Mickie's recipe since he started with us so my colleague just wanted to make sure he won't still suffer from some wind, even after removing this particular kibble.
