“Brilliant customer service, consistently in the time we've been using Tails (basically ever since we got our dog). His coat and skin are in good condition, which is not easily achieved for a Westie, and his body weight is ideal. Their dog treats go down well with him too, pork biscuits especially!”

“Jazz absolutely loves her tails. She’s a 13 year old who now has so much more energy. She used to be a fussy eater,but now licks her bowl dry. Love all you do!!”

“Can't fault at all. Both my dogs energy has increased and skin is so much healthier since starting on tails food. I have 2 empty bowls within minutes which has never happened before!”

“your company is second to none you and your staff are always a pleasure to deal always prepared to listen, the service is great my dog bear and Bailey who has passed, from a puppy he was with tails, so to end I can not praise your company and staff enough for the dedication to the health of all the animals THank you so much.”

“Hi I’m Dexter and I’m nearly 7 years old I’ve been eating Tails kibbles for a long time now and everytime I go to see the vet for my check up she tells me I have the best teeth she has seen for my age. Mum says it’s so easy to order 👍🏻”

“Alan loves his Tails food! The massive bonus is that he used to suffer from chronic itchy skin problems. We tried all sorts of remedies, foods & meds but within days of feeding him this magical stuff, he has completly stopped chewing his feet. Wierd side effect though... he now can't resist fox or cat poo! Small price to pay. Thank's Tails. X”

“Absolutely excellent! We'd ordered the trial just to be cheeky and get free dog food but the quality is amazing, their customer service, website, marketing. It's second to none. We continued our membership happily!”

“Being able to rely on a company to never let you down on delivery or the quality of the product makes life a little easier. Knowing your dogs are getting the correct amount of delicious food (well there's never any left!) and correct dietary requirements takes away the stress and being complemented by the vet for helping get my dogs' weight down crowns it all!”

“To be honest I can’t comment on what the food taste like or does it work out to be the cheapest food, but the customer service is amazing. It’s rare these days to find such helpful people on all forms of contact. They have helped with samples in getting my fussy dogs diet correct, to rushing through an order because I’ve been a bad dog mum and left it late. The only negative I have to say about tails, is one they use yodel (you either love them or hate them) and secondly the leaflets that come in the box with the food. Thanks tails Kayleigh and Eddie”

“My bouncy Boxer dog loves her Tails food and polishes her bowl every day. The customer service is superb and the price is reasonable given this is delivered directly to your front door once a month. I cannot fault tails for their service or the quality of food, they really are dogs doodars. :)”
