“Great, friendly team with a fantastic, fast and friendly service. Always somebody available to talk yo should that be necessary. Great quality food at a realistically good price. My 'Rocky' barely touched biscuits until we found Tails.com. Now he can't get enough”

“What fabulous company!! Most importantly Luna loves her food, (and her treats of course). Always there to accommodate lunas needs, change in flavour of her food etc. Lunas food is always deliverd on time too. They always keep you posted by email. Woyjd highly recommend Tails. Com.”

“The customer service and delivery is all superb. But the quality of the food is awful! Only 39% meat content and the rest is full of carbohydrates. Dog became lethargic on this and put on weight. Since swapping to an all meat diet the improvements have been dramatic. What a shame as the website is cool but such poor quality food. Cooked at extreme high temperatures so there are no nutrients left in and full of carbohydrates and grain.”

The meat content, fat, protein and carbohydrate level of your dog’s recipe will depend on so many different factors, including their age, breed and lifestyle. “I no longer have to worry about running out of Maggies dog food as the next bag is always delivered right on time The food comes with a scoop for portion control so I know that I am feeding her the correct amount and Maggie really enjoys it”

“My spaniel loves his tails. Com kibble he suffers from pancritis so it's made up especially for him and low in fat along with the excellent service I would never change to anything else although would like tails to come up with a low fat wet food too”

“Rocky loves the kibble and wet food foil trays. He also likes the treats and that is a positive for us, he isnt particularly food oriented and only really responded with cheese. This weather a small cube of cheese quickly turns into mush. Although he is very active and an ideal weight he doesnt always finish his bags of kibble within the month, but I get reminders of when it is due to ship, so if I have any leftover altering my delivery date is really easy. Customer service replies promptly to any queries, the price is good in comparison to other companies, delivery is prompt and again very easy with Hermes as their partner. I would also like to point out that I have never had cause to return anything so cannot attest to ease of refunds but as everything else is prompt and easy I am sure that would be too.”

“Using the service was quickly followed by Covid-19 lockdown so, as we are shielding, it was a perfect solution. Cant say 14 year old Spaniel likes it any more than she liked what she had before but the volume is right and shes healthy on it”

“This is the only dog food that Lilly will eat and I have no waste at all. She also loves the treats to. Delivery is spot on and when delivered she sniffs the box and follows me to the kitchen.”

“Hi. I am happy with delivery and process is ok (as long as doesnt go up again) I would like different flavours send each month. He can get 'bored' with his food. I dont blame him! Eating the same thing twice a day, every day must be.”

“Holly was very fussy with her food. We tried several different brands of wet food and kibble, but none agreed with her. But she took to tails straight away. She loves all the wet food and kibble and everything is measured and worked out for you. Would highly recommend.”

“I tried their free trial and thought, "well it's on £2 for a month of food so if its not great we can just bin it!" It was amazing!!!! My dog, Tyson, refuses to eat dry biscuits but he eats these straight out of the bag! The delivery is quick and always on time, the customer service department is so helpful and understanding! The little personal touches on the food bags and the free scoop are so cute! The wet food is really good aswell as unlike other brands, you can actually see the vegetables, rice and meat within the packet! I will never use another brand again! Thankyou :)”
