“The food I was using before tails made my dogs coat all flaky so I thought I would give tails ago and he loves it plus his coat is super shiny and no more flakes.”

“Tails have worked closely with me to tailor Alfies diet specifically for him. They have listened to my concerns regarding their initial food plan for him and I'm pleased to say that Alfie is now on a much more varied and nutritional diet. It's also reassuring to know what staff at our own local vets also use Tails, due to the nutritional value of the food provided. Thanks Tails! Alfie is a very happy dog!!!”

“Cassie absolutely loves her tails kibble and meat packs. She gets so excited when it’s food time and she eats is all within a couple of minutes where previously on an alternate well known brand kibble she used to some days eat none others or leave half her food until later in the day when nothing else was on offer. Really happy with the tails food.”

“We are really impressed with the service offered. Our dog is healthier and bouncier now than she has been for years. Like everything prices went up but as our small terrier has labrador sized appetite we slightly cut the size of her meals now she's 12 and we delay deliveries as and when. Service and price are excellent and dog is consistently healthy. Before tails diet she frequently had dodgy digestive issues and ate grass on walks. She has stopped. I highly recommend tails.com.”

“The reason I gave star 3 stars is only cost, which is a bit expensive for us to manage. Apart from that, it is time saving a lot as I do not need to search what to feed. Easy to manage the next delivery. So as long as the financial situation allows you, this is perfect.”

“Before I used tails Milo was a fickle eater. Now he is always waiting for his food and we always have empty bowls. He looks fit and healthy and has a lovely shine on his coat.”

“As a puppy Willow was a fussy eater with a lot of tummy problems due to fast gut transit. We tried a lot of different food suppliers and the only dry food she would eat was Tails, tailored for digestive issues, mixed with wet food. Adjusting feeding times also helped. She now licks the bowl clean and the digestive problems are solved. I am always kept informed by Customer Service regarding deliveries. Typically there are no problems with these. I've only only once was the box damaged (squashed by the courier) but Tails Customer Service were brilliant and sorted it out immediately with a refund and some extras! Very happy”

“Tails have been very helpful with my cavapoo Rubie who is a fussy eater and they made a different kibble for her . She has started to eat a little of the food so I am changing her food gradually because she wants human food and I have tried different kibble and she won’t eat it so hopefully we are on a winner with tails”

“My elderly dog has colitis so can’t eat anything that’s got lots of fat in it. Once we started her on Tails specifically formulated complete she has been much better. I would recommend Tails to anyone with dogs.”

“I (we) have found that as with all diets, exercise is part of it. I walk with a stick, so Daisy has to put up with a not so fast walk. There is no access to a let-of-the-lead area near enough for me. I do not drive so it means on the lead. She has at least 30-45 minutes in the morning (5.30) and not quite as long in the afternoon. Her weight does not want to budge. I expect it would if I starved her, but she is not obese, then I would seriously look deeper into changing. Tails very kindly changed her dry food, in a trial, to see if it was better. She eats all of this one. With Tails I also found it good to be able to speak to someone about 'anything'. Good to know.”
