“We loves Tails pet food. Such a understanding and very friendly company . Have to mention how helpful customer service is too. Our dog loves the food . She showed signs of better energy, and contentment within days of starting Tails food plan. we recommend Tails when ever we can.”

“Skye loves his Tails food, he has turned his nose up at other foods in the past. Tails were great when I wanted to order his Christmas treats separately from my usual order. I love that he's getting healthy food and not eating food full of rubbish.”

“Tails have been really good with my dog Bonnie there was a good she didn’t like I contacted Tails they were amazing about it .i like the way you can change orders or delivery dates when you like Delivery is always fast”

“with three dogs it’s very difficult to buy one food that fits them all. With tales.com I’m able to pick and choose and insure that food I give them is what they like as well as meeting their dietary needs.”

“Tails has been brilliant. Help in determining portion size, a better quality of food packed with nutrients has helped Levi lose a little bit of weight he was needing to shed. Always on time deliveries - the only thing I dont like is that they use Yodel as the courier who I have had issues with previously.”

“Both my dogs absolutely love their food, both wet and dry and they are crazy for the treats as well. We have an 11 year old and a 1 year old and the food has been tailored for both their needs and they have never been in better condition. Good value, fantastic customer service and would highly recommend.”

We do have a £2.99 delivery charge for orders under £30 to Northern Ireland as well as the Highlands and Islands, due to the additional transit cost to these locations. “We have been using Tails.com for about 9 months now and the delivery service is brilliant and the food always arrives when it says it will. If you need to amend your delivery date, that’s easy too. Overall couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Tails.com”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it. I'm glad to hear that you've had a good experience with our Customer Service Team. However with delivery being such a big part of what we offer, we always want this to work well for you too. We have two delivery options currently - free deliveries with Yodel which have a three day delivery window, or named day delivery with DPD which has a £3.99 delivery charge. With DPD, you also get a one-hour delivery slot on the day and options to make in-flight changes such as delivery to your local DPD shop. If you'd like to make changes your courier option, you can do this easily from your tails.com account, or get in touch with us by Facebook Messenger or email (hello@tails.com) and we'd be happy to help.
