“Really easy and cost efficient way to ensure our dog is eating the best food for him”

“Bailey loves his food - I add in raw vegs and olive oil in his food too the delivery is always on time schedule can be change if necessary and always get a reminder for this. I'm happy with the service but would like occasional voucher as a loyal customer.”

“Maple is very fussy, but she loves mealtimes now - the wet foods in particular! We would prefer it if there was an option for wet food only because on fussy days we do still sometimes have to be creative getting her to eat the dry food.”

“Spud loves his Tails.com food! It always arrives on time and I never have to worry about forgetting the dog food! Excellent product. I recommend it to all my friends who have furry pals too!”

“Food delivered as and when we need it and easy to take a break. Food seems good for our dog though gets a little bored of the dry food.”

“Both dogs love their food and the delivery service is excellent. It’s simple to speed up, delay or change delivery. Cost is the only reason for not making it a 5 star review. It is a little bit pricey but as it has never led to an upset tummy in either dog, I’m taking the high cost on the chin!”

“We lve tails.com for our dog food and so does she......it saves us hunting around for special wheat free dog foods and prices elsewhere and delivery on time every time! Even during lockdown! A tad higher priced but i save on time and fuel looking around to see who has it in stock!! Definitely recommend for other to use.”

“My Siberian husky Alfie was becoming very fussy with food before I started him on Tails-he loves food time now and even asks for his dinner before it’s due. One very happy, healthy dog.”

“Our dog eats it most of the time but sometimes needs a small amount of water or gravy adding. The ability to adjust the delivery time really helps , although the offers to new customers not being extended to long serving customers is disappointing”

“My dog Otis loves his kibble and wet food, he was a fussy eater before I found Tails.com. Customer service is great, website easy to navigate and delivery has been perfect every time. The only thing Otis didn’t really care for were the treat biscuits but then we all have our favourites I guess. All in all I would most certainly recommend Tails.com to any discerning dog owner.”

“Price is comparable to most brands if not cheaper, delivery in a couple of days, customer service have been helpful on occasions where I have had to adjust focus food. The only downside is that I have found it difficult to change the plan set out for him and to have smaller deliveries as storage is a problem for me. My foxy seems happy on his food but eats the wet and often leaves the dry...maybe he's just too indulged!”

“Generally good but inflexible. My dog does not eat the dry food but I can not place an order online without dry food, as a result we have excessive dry food left over. I can however do this by speaking to a representative who are very helpful. It is frustrating that I can not buy just what I want, for us the diet formula does not work. It took a while to hone down which food our dog will eat. The food is good quality and good value. I would also criticise the label colouring describing the contents, I simply can't read it unless in good light green text on a blue background is not the best, the turkey & chicken terrine is unreadable. Deliveries are good and as described. I have rated tails as a 4 as whilst good it is not perfect.”

We don't supply wet food only diets, however I'd love to see if we can get them enjoying their unique dry recipe along with their tasty wet food trays. “So simple to use, tailored food for your dog ( which the dog actually loves) lean and healthy, happy dog and no waste. Cant think of a reason not to !! Cancellable at any time. Win,win !!”

“After having my dogs food delivered for a few months. I am really happy with the service, delivery is good. The food is delivered each month automatically, so i dont need to remember to reorder. Emails come through telling me when to expect delivery. All in all an excellent service and delivery. And my dog loves her food. Huge thanks from honey! (my dog)!”

“Using the service was quickly followed by Covid-19 lockdown so, as we are shielding, it was a perfect solution. Cant say 14 year old Spaniel likes it any more than she liked what she had before but the volume is right and shes healthy on it”

“Hi. I am happy with delivery and process is ok (as long as doesnt go up again) I would like different flavours send each month. He can get 'bored' with his food. I dont blame him! Eating the same thing twice a day, every day must be.”
