“My dog loves the food. Delivery can be an issue last time a day earlier than yodel had started & was left on my drive telling any who passed that there was nobody at home.”

“I am unhappy with the very limited window for delivery , I have lots of food left over as we only use tails once per day therefore 90 days is too short . So I would like to order further into the future . Also I called to change my delivery location the lady on the phone change it with yodal via an email but the message didn’t get to the delivery driver so the food was placed at the front door and very obvious that we were away . Luckily I caught the delivery driver on my ring door bell and so they then placed the delivery out of sight .”

“My dog loves tail.com food he has to make sure that he has ever but from his bowl it’s been the best food he has ever had and his weight is perfect. Thank you tails.com for the excellent service nothing is ever a problem they are always there to help.”

“Highly recommended food, my cockapoo loves it. Always a clean bowl the wet food choice is varied and keeps her interested. She loves the kibble too. Many people have commented on how shiny her coat is. Easy to use ordering service and fast delivery. No complaints at all.”

“Alfie loves his food he had stop eating and was worrying me , he has loved the food from day one . He has been on the food for three months now and his coat is amazing and he has more life in his little legs . I have recommended tails to everyone”

“I find tails.com is good, though a wee bit expensive. Delivery is on time always. The down side is it does not provide just wet food. I've had 3 orders. My dog is such a fussy eater and does not always eat the recommended amount so have lots left over.”

We're sorry to hear your dog's food isn't lasting quite as it should, Jay. The food we send out should be lasting 31 days so if it's lasting longer than expected, we're really like to have a look into this for you. We can look at reducing the amount of dry food we send out to match how much your dog is actually eating - this should prevent you from having such a backlog of dry food each month. We'd also be more than happy to take a look at your dog's recipe and feeding plan to see if we can bring down the monthly cost of your deliveries. “Pablo was such a fussy eater and would hardly ever eat his food. Since purchasing tails he gets so excited at dinner time and his bowl is always clean. The quality of the food is 5 star, which for the price is extremely good, Pablo has a mix of wet and dry food. I love the way you can change the delivery and delay your order or amend it.”

“Just couldn't get Louis to enjoy it . We started with a mix of wet and dry and he didnt get on with that . So tried just dry food and kept getting stomach issues and he never was really interested in his food. Moved to another brand and he seems much happier and finishes his bowl.”

We're really sorry to hear Louis didn't enjoy his tails.com food, Gary - it's uncommon for dogs to take a bit of time to get used to new flavours so it may just be that he needed a little more time! We have some great tips and advice for introducing new food from our Head Vet Sean in this blog post: https://tails.com/blog/2019/09/18/a-guide-to-changing-dog-food If these tips don't do the trick, we can look at creating a unique recipe using the same nutrients but with different flavours that Louis might prefer. We also have an in-house Nutrition Team available, and they'd be more than happy to look at making some changes to Louis' recipe to see if we can find something that suits his tummy better. “Ollie loves it! He was always having upset tummy’s but since moving onto tails this hasn’t happened. He also needed to lose weight which he did as you can cater for your own dog needs. You can pick and choose what food you require every month too. My delivery didn’t arrive one month however customer service was fantastic and sent out another box immediately. Happy dog 🐶”
