“Astro loves his dry food and suits his tummy really well. I had initially struggled for months to find the right food that would suit Astro since he has a sensitive stomach. We have been tails.com customers for over 2 years now and are thoroughly satisfied. Great value for money, the flexibility you offer with respect to deliveries and a very helpful and proactive customer service.”

“My dog loves the food it’s great as she has allergies to everything. The only problem is the price I find it expensive as I’ve 2 other dogs to buy for as well. I believe you should have offers on for people who are regularly ordering. Customer service has been great sorting out issues.”

“It took me a while to find the best dry food for my Ruby. When i see tails.com on an ad i thought right lets try. Finally i found a dry food Ruby would eat and she loves it. Each time for new bag is due she always knows its for her when it comes lol. I feel its great value for money. Delivery is great too. I have never looked back now that i have found the right dry food for my Ruby. Thanks tails.com.”

“Martha is extremely fussy and was at a point we were wasting money trying to find something she would eat for more than a week. We signed up for a free trial of tails not expecting her to eat it but figured we had nothing to loose. Well nearly 18 months later she is still enjoying her Tails.com! Admittedly she was fussy with the wet food but we found one she liked and she eats it every day now. She tucks into her kibble and it’s so good that it’s tailored to her specific needs as she did have a tendency to runny poo but this is much improved. She is fit, healthy, has tons of energy and an incredibly shiny coat! All this and it’s delivered to the door every month and delivery can be tailored to our needs. Customer service have always been responsive and helpful when we needed to adjust our order too.”

“We had really struggled to find the perfect food for Fuji our border terrier. Tails.com was a god send. Fuji loves it especially the dental sticks, they are her favourite treat in the whole world. She goes mad for them. The service is easy and convenient to use. They advise on portion size to suit your dog individually. Fuji is healthy and not over weight. She is a happy dog. We are happy owners”

“Hazel loves her food, both wet and dry. It's also helped her to lose weight. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly if I ring to sort out anything. Hazel has also enjoyed any treats or biscuits that we've bought her and there is a good range available.”

“After trying loads of dried food for our dog Dora we have settled on the tails mix that has been the best so far. She is a very fussy eater with certain allergies but now enjoys her feed.”

“Zimmer loves his food. During isolation he has had a friend over called Blue until his owner is out of isolation who has also enjoyed Zimmer food. Delivery is quick as well. Would recommend.”
