Eddie seems happy with his food but could do with some different flavours as an alternative.

We're so glad to hear Eddie's happy with his food. That being said, we can look at creating a new unique recipe using the same nutrients, but with different flavours, that he might prefer if he's a little bored of his current recipe (depending on any ingredient exclusions he may have). Packaging is non recyclable, allergy notices are not on in treats even though they are aware of anything to avoid. The plastic handle scoop never stays together. Good value and arrives on time.

Hi James, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As our tails.com dry food bags, Good Dog Treats & Dental Dailies are made from a mix of plastics, they are not currently recyclable. This is something we're working hard to improve and are currently looking at alternatives so we can become fully recyclable. We have a really helpful article about this, on our blog: https://tails.com/blog/2021/02/16/sustainability-new-initiative-recyclable-packaging/ If you're finding your dog's scoop isn't staying together, we can always send out a replacement to see if it's just the one you've currently got at home that's a little faulty. All you need to do is log into your tails.com Dashboard, go to the Deliveries tab at the top of the page, and click on your upcoming delivery. You can then use the "Need a new scoop?" link under your order summary to add a scoop to the box. You can always view a full list of the ingredients included in all of our products directly through the 'Shop' tab on your online account. Just select the product you'd like to check and scroll down to the 'ingredients section. If your dog has some ingredients excluded from their profile, you'll be able to see from our 'Shop' which products are suitable with these exclusions in mind. We're always here and happy to help. I cant recommend tail.com enough, the customer service is the best I have every dealt with, helpful, understanding and caring. The dogs absolutely love their food and for our rescued rottweiler who could never put on weight and was actually losing it, despite trying all sorts of foods previously, it's been literally a life saver. Thank you so much Tails.

Anne Poppy absolutely loves her food no problems. So easy to order or change. You are reminded when next lot is due and it is delivered to your door which is great for me and dont have yo worry about running out. Thoroughly recommend

My 2 dachshund puppies absolutely love their food and eat everything they are given. The food is excellent value for money. Like most people when they get puppies we followed the breeders feeding regime which in the end worked out very expensive. The cost was never an issue but I can’t believe the amount of dog owners who have remarked on how well our dogs look and how their coats shine. It was the best decision we made thankyou

I love tails it’s easy to order and comes directly to your door. My 9 mo is quite fussy. She is now eating wet and dry food . So far she will eat most of it. The quality of the food is awesome!

We love Tails it’s so easy to order, gets delivered every month straight to my door, if I need it earlier or later I can easily change delivery date. Mylo loves it so I have no waste. Because he is very fussy and has lots of allergies finding a food he could eat was really hard but Tails tailor made him one. They have even started doing treats that he can eat with no cereal in them

My dog have sensitive stomach and dry skin, I tried so many different brands but still didn’t find any that make her stomach feels better for a long term. Until I found tails.com she is now a happy active dog. Price are reasonable too. Thank you!

Ruby is on her 2nd month of tails and seems to be enjoying it. She has a special low purine diet and the nutritionist was very helpful listening to my concerns and needs, her feed has been made to exactly the requirements needed. So far so good!

Ordered for the first time for my two Labradors,Was told delivery would be between Monday the 4th Oct to the 6th Oct. It hasn't even been dispatched yet according to Yodel tracking. Not good if you want new customers and you can refund what I have paid and keep the food I will go somewhere else who will deliver when they say they will.

With delivery (and the food arriving when it should) being such a large part of what we offer, we really want to make sure it goes as smoothly for you as possible. I chose Tails on recommendation from my son and have never looked back. The food is exceptional and my dog never refuses any of it. Delivery is free and is perfect via a recommended delivery company and they give me up to date information on when to expect it. I’ve not needed to use the return or refund system but I’m sure that will be straightforward.

Having tails food delivered is a huge bonus and takes stress away from having to make sure it’s available.. Always comes when it states , a good price for a high end tailored dog food and a huge variety !!! Elsie enjoys ALL the meals both dry & wet!

So far so good, since Ted ( older French bulldog) has been on his Tails Dry food mixed with a little wet food he has been a lot better as there is so much he can’t have , usually at least every 6 weeks he would be ill resulting in a vet bill just shy of £100 we are almost into our 3rd month !!! The dry food & treats are agreeable with Ted so I would highly recommend.

Molly never wastes any Tails food. I used to try different foods from supermarkets and most of my money went into the bin. Best thing I ever done was to use Tails food. Molly loves the taste and texture, she never wastes any. Ordering and changing food is easy too.

Delivery was fine but think there is more food than needed for Angel. I think I need half the amount of wet food or at six weeks between deliveries.
