Tried lots of really expensive food for our French bulldog and all still affected her skin as she has allergies, I can now say she is much better on her food that’s designed for her. Result.

Delivery service is very reliable. Usually I have to order the kibble dry dog food before the next delivery date, because of running out but that is fine. I am happy with the price. I haven't had to return or have a refund. My dog really enjoys the dry dog food from Tails.com and it doesn't upset his tummy. Very happy with the service 😊

I went onto Tails.com for my rescue dog after having difficulties with a previous brand involving runny poos and failure to gain weight. The previous brand scored highly in terms of nutrition and claimed to be replicating the diet of a wolf and thus a natural way of feeding your dog. My dog went off this food after a few months and failed to thrive. After a detailed online firm filling session with Tails.com, I felt we had the right diet for my dog, that and a very welcome introductory offer persuaded me to get on board. Firstly, his poos firmed up, secondly, after many months, he still enjoys his wet food and kibble options, thirdly, he has gained weight and fourthly, his favourite treats can be delivered too. I did have an issue with a damaged package, this was dealt with very promptly by customer service and a extra gift arrived as a sorry. My one gripe is with delivery, they fail to follow instructions such as leaving parcels where I ask.

Every thing is excellent except some of the delivery drivers,only 2 so far.I have great difficulty lifting thing especially from a surface lower than my feet.I use a stick for balance as I do fall over.Twice I’ve answered the door to find the driver back in the van,just sitting there as I struggle until after they have driven away.I. Must say some drivers are absolutely lovely.

Hi Avi, I'm sorry to hear that you've been charged unexpectedly after your trial with us. As a subscription service, we look to send Duke and Duchess an order every 31 days after your trial order. We always display the last date for changes on the Dashboard of your tails.com account as well as showing the next delivery window on the menu card you receive in each delivery. We also send an email reminder a few days before we start to process an order giving you the options to delay, pause or cancel. Tails.com has not only made my family happy as our pooch was forever refusing his food or vomitting randomly and he was very overweight. Since changing to Tails the change has been incredible. We have tried for years to walk weight off our dog but the scales didn't lie and he lost no weight despite walking him for miles and him sporadiccally going on hunger strikes. Now he is trim, he gets comments everywhere he goes and even our vet double checked his age records when they last saw him as they couldn't believe he looks so good for a 10 year old dog, he acts like a puppy now, never refuses a meal and isn't sick anymore plus his teeth are sparkling too. Tails was the best 'take a chance' moment we have ever had. I'm sure our dog would tell you it was initially hard having the dramatic reduction in food at the start but now he is at his ideal weight we are able to re-introduce the odd treats so everyone is happy!

Great precise product based on my breed and activity levels, feeding guides are important to the dogs so they get the correct amount of food. It’s great you can quickly change and add the details, I recently have been walking the dogs more than ever before so I have to update my dogs profile and it give me immediate feedback on how much extra they get fed by changing the size of the feeding scoop which I thought is pretty neat.

Tails is a good company only down fall is when you stop a order cause u have to much food over and only want meat not biscuits they charge you for the meat and I day later charge you again the full package so 2 payments come out

Hi Lee, Thanks for leaving us your review, although I'm sorry to hear there was some confusion with our wet food only tool on your online account. From reviewing your account, I can see the order of wet food and the full order (which contained dry food) you received in January. When you request a wet food only order, our website clearly shows when your next order of wet and dry food will arrive and gives you the option to delay this order. You chose not to delay this full order in January, so you received both. I can see you've requested two more wet food orders since then, and you've delayed your full deliveries each time, so Toby's next order of dry food will be with you around the 9th of May. Customer service good when I’ve had questions. Price ok I think. Our dog has had this since a puppy so can’t compare or say it’s any better than any other food.

I wouldn't get my Baby Yogi anything but Tails food now. The food looks and smells delicious and he gobbles up every bite. Tails stay in contact to see how he is find the meals (they have a very personal touch)and they switch it up now and again so he doesn't get bored. They have a great selection to choose from and there delivery has arrived perfectly every time so Yogi always has a delicious meal to hand without me having to run to the shops. I really don't mind spending the little extra it costs on my precious doggo so he enjoys every meal.

We have had dogs in our married lives for over thirty years. Keeping a dog interested in the same food is often problematic, especially with picky Vizslas. A puppy Wirehaired Vizsla came into our lives and she was fine on the Skinners puppy that the breeder recommended. As soon as we progressed to the junior food, she constantly had an upset tummy. We swapped to tails. Now she is more settled and her Tommy is fine. In fact, over food - she is now more Labrador like! She does adore the food and the service is fabulous. In our opinion, Tails is the best thing that had ever happened to dog food!
