“Buster loves his food the service is very good and always on time the only thing is the biscuit bags are so big we be ever get through them in a month and so we end up with lots of bags and sometimes not enough wet food”

“Bella has lost weight and her energy levels are higher than ever. She wakes me up every morning because she is so excited to eat her breakfast. Being able to customise exactly what she needs to eat has been a game changer. The flexibility around repeat orders and the speed of delivery are extremely professional. I was sceptical initially but after 4 months I am a convert!! Thoroughly recommend Tails.com”

“What can I say about Tails.com - Fantastic in everything they do! That’s what!! We moved to Tails.com after our 7 month old Black Lab Finnbar went through a really bad period of upset tummy’s. His puppy food he had been on consistently wasn’t helping, neither were probiotics. We tried Tails.com as I liked the idea of being able to tailor the food to Finnbar. He also had a couple of Self-inflicted stress bald spots from Fireworks going off in our area over a period of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks on Tails.com his tummy issues were subsiding & after 4 month his coat was fully replenished! Finn loves their Treats too & they will only let you order Treats specific to your dog’s age so you can’t get ones that are too big, too small, too hard etc. Great idea!!! I remember being worried about how to transition from puppy to adult food, However, a quick email to Tails.com & the lovely Terry assured me not to worry as they had it all in hand…. Tails.com know from your account, when it’s time to add in Junior kibble, then from Junior to Adult, means you don’t have the stress of working out Adult/puppy ratios. Their hand flat pack scoop for kibble ensure you always give your pup/dog the right amount of food & it cleverly grows with you Pup. Customer Service 10/10 from me. Having your Pup/Dog’s own online account, means you can update their weight regularly, when they get Neutered, if you need to change delivery dates, pretty much everything you need. Their Refer-A-Friend scheme is super generous & to be honest, I just love everything about them. Give Tails.com a try, you won’t be disappointed Jx & Finnbar 🐾🐾”

“Millie is very happy with her dog food however, she cannot eat all the big bag of dry food before the next one arrives. Hence put her order on hold. Why is it, you cannot just order the wet food on its own without the dry food??”

“Nothing beats being able to tailor your dogs diet, at a very affordable price (cheaper than we were previously paying for other food). We especially like that we can delay a shipment at the drop-of-a-hat if we still have food left over from previous month. Delivery is always prompt, within 48 hours, and never delayed. Email notifications let you know when you're next delivery is due, so you can delay it if need be, or give the go ahead. It's just an all-round efficient system. We'd highly recommend it. FYI, we have an 8-year-old Dalmatian who eats one bowl of Tails.com dry food and one 400g tin of regular wet food per day.”

“Henry looks forward to meal times, it’s gone within seconds!! His coat is lovely and shiny and he’s such a content dog. Had a feeding enquiry with the team and I must say they were quick to reply and put my mind at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food arrives on time and if you have too much food left over you can pause the delivery to suit yourself. The price for the quality of food that is tailored to your dogs needs is excellent value for money. Happy dog happy owner 😄”

“I would recommend people to try and use tails.com as they give food etc for your individual dog. We've noticed that our dog brunos coat has got shinier and silkier since using your food.”
