“I am really happy with Tails.com. My lovely little dog, Dustie had allergies and her recipe has helped her so much it’s amazing. Her food always arrives on time so I don’t need to worry.”

“My log loves his Tails food. Irish Setters are notoriously fussy eaters, and we'd tried lots of different brands before settling on Tails. The deliveries are super reliable and it's really easy to change dates if you run short or have some left over. I also think it's great value - there's no waste and the prices are quite reasonable (with the possible exception of some of the add-ons). I would highly recommend trying Tails, especially if you have a fussy eater!”

“Value for money, we save around £8-£10 per month on dry food. The convenience of free delivery too means we don't have to make a separate trip to the pet store which is around 5 miles away. Tails were very good at sorting a recent issue with a missed item. This is the only issue we have had in over 18 months of using Tails.com”

“Tails staff were very compassionate when we lost our beautiful Doberlady, Poppy to Mast Cell Cancer in June 2020. We have now adopted a rescue "doberlady" and she is thriving on Tails food. She was very badly emaciated when rescued and had lost most of her fur to demodex mange. She loves her food and gets so excited at meal times. She has got her sparkle back and her coat gleams in the sunshine. Would recommend Tails to any Doberman owner... 💕”

“Great service and communication from Tails. Regular monthly updates to confirm when the food will be dispatched and the expected delivery date. Novo loves the food and is very excited when the next delivery arrives. For us, it is also good value for money as Novo is on sensitive food and comparable shop purchased products are either the same or more expensive to purchase.”
