“Great customer service and my dog loves the food, it seems great quality. The only thing I’d say to improve would be to use more eco friendly packaging for the dry dog food. Otherwise can’t fault the service or quality.”

“Would be nice if the box came nicely I have sent photo by email . I know it’s a busy time but who ever packed the box should of done a.better job plus I paid a lot of money I don’t think I got all my order”

“Luna is 5 months old now and seems to enjoy this food. However recently she's not as keen. Not sure if they have changed it somehow? 🤔 Love the fact its delivered to the house and seems to work with her sensitive stomach as we have not have any tummy troubles for ages.”

“We love tails. It is so convenient Saving me time and we never run out, my Jackapoo loves the meats she gets. For a fussy eater her bowl is always clean. She's not mad keen on her biscuits but they usually get eaten by the end of the day.”

“My Miniature Schnauzer loves the wet food and biscuits. I have a bit of a problem with the website as I find it a little difficult to navigate. I had to phone Customer Services to sort out out and the lady was extremely helpful. Disappointing that you can’t have just the wet food without the dry though, seems ridiculous to me. My dog Poppy only has a small handful of biscuits with her wet food so I always have loads left over each month. Can you sort this out please Tails? The vet says she needs to loose weight which hasn’t happened yet. Otherwise I thoroughly recommend.”

“My dog loves the food from tails as he’s fussy but eats everything that has been tailored to him. On the negative side although you can put your order on hold it doesn’t allow you to maybe just hold on the dry biscuits or wet food. I’ve got to much dry food and would like to skip a couple of months in order for me to use them up. This is the only downside for me.”

We appreciate the past year has been tough for many of our customers, so we froze our prices for 9 months throughout 2020. In order to continue providing you with the same level of service, and Junior with his tailored nutrition, we do now need to increase your monthly price. “My dogs love the Tails food but once I adopted my second I found it difficult to justify the price, even though my dogs always cleaned their bowls. It’s great if you only have one dog!”

We're so glad to hear Eddie's happy with his food. That being said, we can look at creating a new unique recipe using the same nutrients, but with different flavours, that he might prefer if he's a little bored of his current recipe (depending on any ingredient exclusions he may have). “My dog have sensitive stomach and dry skin, I tried so many different brands but still didn’t find any that make her stomach feels better for a long term. Until I found tails.com she is now a happy active dog. Price are reasonable too. Thank you!”

“Fantastic food which has transformed my dogs coat. Great value for money too. Had to change frequency if deliveries if food as they were coming too often however easily sorted.”

“My dog absolutely loves his Tails.com dried food. It's grain free and tailored for him. He won't eat other dried food nowadays. Getting it delivered is great and Tails.com are happy to adjust delivery dates as required. I'd give it five stars except it is pretty pricey compared to a month's supply of his previous food.”
