“My dog is fussy as could be,but he loves tails.had a problem with to much food left over,easy to reduce the amount and also easy to increase it.”

“Customer service is good. As to whether it's value for money, we question that. At £81 per month for one dog, it is becoming somewhat expensive when we used to spend £80 for 2 dogs. Prices keep escalating.”

“Very happy with the food i get and so is my pooch.I have never know her eat her food in 1 sitting before,so well done tails for the yummy food.comes very well packed,price is good,delivered to my door every month .Very pleased thank you .”

“My dog loves her food delivery. She knows when her food has arrived and the parcel contains her treats. She carries the treats around until she gets a few given. She is a happy little girl and that makes me happy too.”

“My colliedoodles food is always delivered on time so I know I will never run out. His bag of biscuits and trays of meat come with his name on which is a lovely touch. I find the price really reasonable and it is good to know that the food has been specially formulated to my dogs needs. Since starting the food his coat has been shinier, eyes brighter and he always has a cold wet nose which is then sign of a healthy dog. I would highly recommend Tails.com for a happy healthy pet 😁”

“We tried Tails.com on the free month promotion and our dog loved it so we decided to keep with it and it may sound a lot of money but if you break it down it definitely is worth it. we get an email asking us to check out items to be delivered incase we need extras or less and they then give us a date when the food will be delivered and also we can delay as well. You cant go wrong”

“Very happy with Willow’s food. Delivery is perfect, always delivered on time. Staff at tails very pleasant and helpful. As I’m elderly and have a disabled husband it takes all the worry from us. Most of all Willow loves her meals which are tailored to suit her pancreas, sensitive skin and weight. Thank you Tails. Dorothy Willows Mum”

“My dog lives the near but I worry portions are too small, she is hit and miss with the biscuits. She gets all her nutrients and it’s easy as delivered to the door. I really really dislike the fact that if you are sent a freebie you then have to delete it from your order else you end up paying for it next time!!!!”

Although I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with how free items are added to Tigerlily's ongoing orders. As our system is subscription based, the only way we can send free items is to add them to your next order and discount your first pack(s). However, you're always in control, and we let you know how to remove them if you no longer wish to receive (and pay) for them; plus, we email you a breakdown of your order a few days before preparing it for delivery. We base Tigerlily's personalised feeding plan on the details provided in her profile, but at tails.com, we understand each dog is unique, and we celebrate this. We can adjust the feeding plan with you so Tigerlily gets the right amount of tails.com food for her. We also have multiple kibble combinations we can tailor to Tigerlily's nutritional needs, using different flavours she may prefer. I'd like us to take a look at Tigerlily's feeding plan and explore her flavour options together so that she can get the most out of tailored nutrition - delivered straight to your door. “Customer service is very good and they always keep me posted on delivery, any changes they may make and new recipes and products. Delivery is ALWAYS on time with the flexibility to move it if I need it earlier or later. Best of all Wallace loves it and it suits him very well with no upset tums !!”
