“They have not delivered my dog food and trying to get any help or response is liteally making me pull my hair out. emails go unanswered and no one to man the phones. poor poor poor.”

We're really sorry to hear you haven't received your dog's food, this is the last thing we'd want to happen and I'd really like to get to the bottom of this for the both of you. Although our phone lines are currently closed due to us being low on team members, we still want to provide good quality service to each of our customers. To make sure you don’t experience long wait times on the phone, we are currently providing an email only service. “I don't have to worry about making sure Loki is getting all he needs from his food intake as Tails does this for us. Loki enjoys his food and I like the fact Tails takes care of his intake regularly, on time, are flexible and reliable.”

“My cocker spaniel has settled down a lot. He has never been a big biscuit eater and was always leaving them, but now with the trays which he will always eat he eats more biscuits than before. And he doesn’t bring food back as often as he did. Will continue to use tails.com as delivery and customer service is great”

“My very active cocker is not a foody, he would only eat when hungry but loves this food, especially the wet option, they look and smell appealing, good variety of flavours. He gets a mix of wet and dry and sometimes he would not eat the kibble at dinner but snack on it later. I would like to have the option to order more wet food trays and delay the kibble until all used up, sometimes they are out of sync. Very happy overall, good quality for good prices and gets home delivered!”

“I have been a customer for over ten years and noticed changes in the products But will leave that for another day I ordered my dog food last week was told it would arrive Friday 13 2021 Yodel have not delivered well to the correct address I have since contacted both tails and yodel promised call Backs to investigate where it has gone I’m still waiting patiently Not happy As I have had to feed my dog out with her regular food”

“Very good service and tailored to when I need another delivery. As my boy has breakfast and frequently stays away from home we don't tend to get through a bag a month, it is really easy to delay a delivery as many times as required and it arrives within a couple of days of confirming the new delivery date. B is a notoriously picky eater and this is one of the very few foods that he eats with something like enthusiasm and will finish it off overnight. Other foods are just left uneaten and have to go out to the foxes (so they aren't too happy about him eating all his tea!). He has a mix of wet and dry, the trays of food smell lovely and have plenty of gravy as well as meat and veg. I think he gets a more balanced, healthy meal regime that I do!”

“Excellent and time saving. I used to go to the pet shop once a week to buy the boys food now I just have a monthly delivery. 2 big boxes delivered to my front door full of lovely food that my boys love. Olly my cavachon never used to eat breakfast but now he wolfs his food down soo quickly and then tries to eat his brothers, we’ve had to feed them in separate rooms. We be been using tails for around 6 months now and the boys never get bored of the flavours. They have kibble and wet trays, we also get all our treats and dental sticks from you as well, even our poo bags. We have busy working lives and this has just made it that little bit easier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone”

“All our babies absolutely love their Tails diets, even our fussy boy! Our old gal has managed to lose a little of her robust weight, Our little boy is loving the flavour with nothing else added and our puppy is growing at a perfect rate.”
