“My dog Wilf loves his tails.com food. It has kept him healthy with a very shiny coat. The ease by which you can order it change the delivery date and alter the mix makes it a No1 choice for us.”

“Tails provides an excellent service,delivery always on time. My wee Fudge is a very small Yorkie and he just loves tails food and his tiny bone treats. Most importantly his coat is shinning and he has lots of energy. I would recommend tails”

“Generally good but inflexible. My dog does not eat the dry food but I can not place an order online without dry food, as a result we have excessive dry food left over. I can however do this by speaking to a representative who are very helpful. It is frustrating that I can not buy just what I want, for us the diet formula does not work. It took a while to hone down which food our dog will eat. The food is good quality and good value. I would also criticise the label colouring describing the contents, I simply can't read it unless in good light green text on a blue background is not the best, the turkey & chicken terrine is unreadable. Deliveries are good and as described. I have rated tails as a 4 as whilst good it is not perfect.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, and for sharing this beautiful photo! I'm sorry to hear your dog hasn't been eating their dry food. We don't supply wet food only diets, however I'd love to see if we can get them enjoying their unique dry recipe along with their tasty wet food trays. “We love tails food, fudge gets so excited when th box arrives. As soon as we open the bag he has to have a snack otherwise he cries until he has some lol. Happy dog means happy owner x”

“Have been extremely happy with Tails.com. Rosie eats all her food and is in the best of health. You would never know that she had had serious injuries to her pelvis and leg when barely a year old. At 2.1/2 yrs she is jumping around and as lively as any Jack Russell. Delivery, price and any queries are dealt with instantly.”

“Always well package ad delivered on time, my dogs jippy tummy has never been a problem since he has been on tails, really good value for money, cheaper than many high street dog foods and well balanced food that gets adapted as your dog ages, I will never use anyone else for my dogs food”
