Tails made my life so easy, no more lugging heavy bags of food home, so easy to talk to someone if they is a problem and they will sort it while your on the phone, price is very competitive and delivery is straight to my door and ive never had to return anything, so alround brilliant service and couldn't be happier....

Helpful and quick to reply. Easy to change order if needed. Very happy and my dog loves eating it rarely leaves anything and gets a great variety which is obviously tasty. He is in a very healthy condition and his fur is shiny. His physique is perfect and he hasn’t gained weight, but maintained it so balance must be good.

Oscars food is always delivered on time with a great mix of flavours. There’s never anything left at the end of mealtimes and he seems to really enjoy them all

Cooper (pug) loves his food. Quality food at a good price, always deliver on the day they said it would be. Website is very easy to update details, ie weight, likes and dislikes of food for your dog.

Hi would like to say that Jay and I are very happy with your food, she looks forward to dinner time and leaves nothing. I find using Tails.com has made my life easier as I don’t have to worry about ordering or picking it up it just arrived on time every time. As my mishka got older she developed a more delicate constitution and was sick more often than acceptable. Since feeding her on tails she is rarely sick and her digestion and appetite are much more settled.

My neighbour uses Tails for her two Dogs and recommended it for my Dog.Can’t go Wrong with everything,The price works out cheaper than supermarkets,I Don’t drive so it gets delivered which is a bonus.Changing the delivery date is Easy to when ever it suits you.The Return and the refund is Easy.Excellent Customer service.Overall it’s Brilliant.My Daisy Dog won’t eat anything else.So Thanken you.😁

Could not have chose a better dog food company. Amazing food. Delivered straight to your home address. Don’t have to worry about running out of dog food ever. The best part is that it’s amazing for my dogs stomach. He has had issues for a long time but he’s absolutely perfect now and really loves the food!! He loves the dental sticks too. He is extremely fussy with food/treats so I’m very happy with choosing tails for our dog food brand and will continue to use them.

I have 2 very different breeds and size of dogs so I love how I can tailor the food to suit the individual needs. Both of my dogs love the food we have both wet and dry. They have fantastic silky coats and are very healthy. Would highly recommend

I've always thought that getting Quinn's food delivered each month expensive, but I'm pleased to say that it isn't that bad. You can choose the your preference in advance and change it to suit your dogs needs.

I have asked for advice as dog is loosing weight and is already underweight but have never had a response. Really poor service but at least my dog likes the food.

I'm sorry to hear Tessa's been losing weight, Suzanne. Here at tails.com, we recognise that not all dogs are the same. We create a unique blend for each dog depending on their specific needs and requirements gathered during sign-up. With that in mind, if the profile isn't accurate, this'll throw the portions out of sync which may explain why Tessa's lost some weight. If her profile is accurate, we have an in-house Nutrition Team who'd be more than happy to take a look at her recipe and feeding plan, to see what changes they can make to help her gain some weight. I can see you got in touch last month and we responded with some questions about Tessa so that we could check her profile. I'm afraid we haven't heard back from you but we're really like to get everything sorted for you both - I've dropped you another email now so that we can hopefully get Tessa back up to an ideal weight. Good delivery, easy to edit delivery, took a while to get use to portion sizes for a big dog. Improved our dogs gas and digestion so much!

My 2 dogs love their food. One is a fussy eater so it's great to find something he eats with enthusiasm. Customer service agents are always very helpful and unlike some Customer Service lines I've never had to wait too long before the phone is answered. Always a quick reply on emails as well. It is costly compared to other foods but if you can afford it its worth it.

Can't say if food was good or not as tails didn't let us try it. My parents have dog from the same breed as me, they are sisters. My parents are old and not really good with 'Internet stuff' to make an order. I ordered for them only free dry food as a trial from the voucher they have got by mail. I wanted to order for my dog too as a discounted trail. Why I can't have my trial too? And guess what, tails suspended my account as we have matching details and please someone explain it to me why? What about other Phoebe's siblings want to sign up too? It's unfair! Really bad review for Matthew who didn't even try to understand and help me. He was only very helpful to delete my account. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have experience with other companies, never no one treated me like this!

Hi Wiktoria, I'm sorry we couldn't offer you and Phoebe a discounted trial; as Matthew explained in his email, we can only offer one trial per user. If a new account has matching details to a previously registered user, then we're unable to offer another trial.
