“It’s ok when delivery works. I get an email saying food is on its way but when it takes longer than 2 weeks to come and you run out of food it’s not great. Our dog is still dealing with the after affects of a missed delivery one month on. Lost weight , digestive system not back to normal etc”

“I'm very happy with tails vida wasn't a happy dog her tummy was continually upset which make for good bowel movements her skin was bad and she had bald patches where i didnt think hair would ever grow again she just seemed miserable..so i tried tails she has improved so much..healthy coat back to good condition bowels movements perfect and she is in excellent form I'm really pleased i changed her the price is excellent to get the results i have had its worth it..😍”

“Levii absolutely loves his food, his coat is so soft, he developed pancriatitus and lost a lot of weight whilst doctors were checking him over and now he's back looking healthy and being a very happy dog. He goes mental when it's time for his dentastick and he loves his treats, especially because he still gets that meaty flavour but it doesn't harm his stomach. Best value for money ever to see Levii back healthy and happy as ever!”

“Our french bull dog used to pass wind that smelt horrific, I joined so many groups about what to feed french bull dogs to stop this happening, and told I should have known this was a issue with this breed, there was 1 comment that recommended tails. I messaged tails and explained our issue, tails tailored Dexters food, and we no longer have this issue 👍”

“Reasonable price, good quality food made with healthy ingredients. I’m pretty fussy about what I feed my dogs and tails definitely is a great option. My puppy and my spaniel both love it and they are both picky eaters but always clean their bowls when it’s tails”

“My dog has not been gaining weight on this food, and recently has lost weight. He has very frequent stools as well, which my vet advises is a sign of poor quality food going in. I have now cancelled my subscription to tails.”

Hi Teena, We're sorry to hear your dog hasn't been gaining as much weight on our food as you hoped and has started losing more weight; we'd really like to help with this. We have an in-house Nutrition Team who'd be more than happy to take a look at your dog's recipe to see if there are any changes they'd make to help your dog gain some weight. They can also see if they can help with his stools if this is something you'd like to improve. I've dropped you a message now so we can get a little more information and see what we can do for both of you. “My dog is very happy with the food from Tails. He has a very sensitive tummy which is very easily upset, but so far this hasn't been a problem. Also he is a very fussy eater and we were constantly having to add food to encourage him to eat. With Tails we can just about get it in his bowl before he starts eating. Altogether we are more than happy. Thank you.”

“Great customer service and my dog loves the food, it seems great quality. The only thing I’d say to improve would be to use more eco friendly packaging for the dry dog food. Otherwise can’t fault the service or quality.”

“Would be nice if the box came nicely I have sent photo by email . I know it’s a busy time but who ever packed the box should of done a.better job plus I paid a lot of money I don’t think I got all my order”
