“Tails,devised a food for Cassie,who has Pancreatitis,since being on this method of feeding,she and she was was really poorly,we thought we were going to loose her. But since getting in touch with tails,she’s had no more set backs,and she’s now 15 yrs old. I find the price reasonable,customer service ,undeniably on the ball. I would recommend Tails to anyone who loves there dog. Thank you to you all.👍🏻”

“Fantastic food which has transformed my dogs coat. Great value for money too. Had to change frequency if deliveries if food as they were coming too often however easily sorted.”

“The girls love their Tails food Cassie has an allergy to chicken based food so she is now on Salmon which she thoroughly enjoys and agrees much better with her digestive system as in no more smelly farts or runny poo’s so it’s a win win for us! Highly recommend Tails”

“I will be honest I was little bit sceptical about the food but I am so happy because since Max started your food he is doing really well and love dry and wet food and love the biscuits. He does not have any tammy problem and bloating is gone. The price is reasonable and delivery always on time so thank you for giving him the perfect food and make him happy boy.”

“Coco has adored Tails.com since her first taste in January 2021. There isn't one flavour that she doesn't like. We did a lot of research before choosing Tails.com and are very glad we did. It looks very appetising rather than some which are just mushy and grey. Having a monthly delivery is convenient and simple to change date or amount if necessary. I would recommend Tails.com to anyone who prefers a diet especially tailored for their dog.”

“My dog absolutely loves his Tails.com dried food. It's grain free and tailored for him. He won't eat other dried food nowadays. Getting it delivered is great and Tails.com are happy to adjust delivery dates as required. I'd give it five stars except it is pretty pricey compared to a month's supply of his previous food.”

“Tails was very good for our dog, tailored to his needs - he was an old dog with a diagnosis of pancreatitis and he had stiff joints. He loved Tails. We found the delivery service convenient and reliable and any correspondence was dealt with quickly by friendly people.”

“Easy to use Web page that helps you create the right food for your dog. Price may seem expensive but when we worked out what we were paying for food that wasn't working for clara it wasn't that much more expensive for tails. Delivery arrived when they said it would and every box and bag has your dogs name on it (ideal is you have 2 dogs on different diets) Tails told us how to gradually change Clara's diet. Clara love the food and can't wait to get fed. And it is working and she is slowly loosing the extra weight that she had.”

“It’s convenient having food delivered. Interestingly this is headed “tell us what made you happy” not “tell us how we can do better?” - probably need an app! Web site can be really slow and when you add your dog weight the changes to food portions don’t update on the dashboard which isn’t that helpful with a new puppy when you’re trying to weigh / measure things out accurately”

“On-time deliveries of food specially made for Henry, including treats I think are good for him, including in the deliveries are a number of poo bags requested by me as well as a number of treat bags containing ingredients I had specified. In other words, Henry's food only contains items he specially likes and which agree with his digestive system.”

“I love to ease of which you can change the needs of my pups food needs, its very easy to navigate the website, the delivery is always spot on, my pup gets so excited when his tails box arrives, we had a diet set up to help with my pups digestion and his dry skin, it is brilliant and has helped immensely and he has a great glossy and fluffy coat, he is eating better and having healthy stools, wouldn't buy from anywhere else.”
