“My Jack Russell terrier has been on Tails.com for a year. He has had skin problems on and off for years. Since being on Tails his skin has cleared up completely. The nutrition staff were brilliant at getting Wudys food combination perfect for him. The delivery service is excellent, is tracked so you know exactly when it will arrive. You can adjust your order easily a few days before it is dispatched. All in all a 5* service. Thank-you Tails.com for making mine and Wudys life a happy one!”

“We changed to Tails when Lottie was having problems with early morning vomit of bile and foam and frequent visits to our vet. For the past 18 months or so she has been absolutely fine on her new Tails diet. She will be 13 in April and is currently having some regurgitation problems. Should this persist I know the staff at Tails will help if they can as they are friendly and knowledgable.”

“The service is great , always delivered on time and answer any queries or concerns. Even down to my puppy having an upset tummy . I got sent an alternative wet food free of charge which was immensely helpful .”

“Benji loves his new food, especially the meaty dinners which are nice and moist and easy to eat. I now give him half a tin and add a little dry food as well to satisfy his appetite. I think I should order more of the meat tins as they don't last nearly as long as your dry food. Delivery is always prompt and on time and although the price is more than some suppliers I feel the food from Tails does him more good.”

“Our 2 smaller terrier mix dogs had a combination of stiff joints, poor skin, over weight and a very sensitive stomach and our shepherd mix dog had very dry flaky skin. Since they’ve been on their own specific blend of food for their individual needs the difference has been remarkable! Reg has got a spring in his step that I’d not seen for about 3 years and his skin and coat are the best they’ve ever been. George very rarely gets an upset tummy now and that’s usually due to something he eats that he shouldn’t when out on a walk. Bella, our shepherd mix, has now got a beautiful glossy coat and all her dry skin has cleared up. We couldn’t be happier, even our vets commented on their overall improvement!”

“Joe had very itchy skin and ears. He is loving the food after a few tweaks and is definitely scratching much less. My daughter has Joe’s brother and he is on a renal diet. She would love to try your company as soon as you have this type of food in place.”

“Food good but delivery terrible for 2 months delivered a day earlier than expected and just left on the door step not even a ring or knock on the door to easy for some lowlife to pinch.”

Hi Brian, I'm glad to hear your dog likes our food but I'm so sorry to hear you've had some issues with your deliveries arriving earlier than planned. “We went with tails after rescuing a puppy that was massively underweight. Her breed is a Podenco so naturally very high energy and we felt that regular dog food wasn’t making the cut. She has been on Tails food for three months now and it has made the world of difference! She looks healthier and is getting stronger by the day, and absolutely loves her food! Delivery is always on time and communication is fantastic. I also love the free gifts! A fantastic service that we will continue to use!”

“Has really helped my 10year old Shitzhu Leon who was becoming a bit stiff in the Mornings! His food has ingredients for his joints and his upset tummy,, his number 2s are a lovely consistency now.. A pleasure to pick up.. Great stuff.”

“Olly is eager to eat his food, never leaving anything behind - happy dog, happy owner. Reassuring to know that his food is delivered regularly on time. He throughly enjoyed his Christmas terrine on the licky mat, that kept him occupied for 30 minutes! His weight has remained stable as has his wind!!”
