“I have a Maltese who is extremely fussy and has always had a sensitive tummy. For 3 years I spent a fortune on different dog foods and every time he started to settle down a bit he would go off his food and I would have to start again. Since using tails he really is a different dog! He has more energy, he absolutely loves the food and his tummy has never been better. It might seem a bit expensive but It has given my boy a new lease of life and I wouldn't give him anything else. Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful to.”

“Firstly the cost of this food is fantastic value for money, my dogs coats are healthy and the food is great quality for dry food. It would be great to see more special offers for wet food as This is when I can get expensive or for treats not just for new customers. I never have to worry about running out of food again.”

“Having 4 dogs varying in age from 13 to 1 the food is tailored to their individual needs. Our babies are thriving on this food we have noticed only good changes. I have one issue with tails & that is the incentive to introduce. I told my son about the food for his dog, he asked me to order it which I did. Major confusion when some details matched, after an email explaining I have since heard nothing. but hey ho they miss out on a potential customer. Otherwise I am more than happy with the product itself. Hence 5 stars”

“Yes, you can get dog food cheaper. Yes, your dog will eat it. BUT, tails is made to suit your furbabies needs wether, it everyday healthy dog needs special dietry needs or even medical needs. Delivered monthly in easy to serve portions, hassle free. Communication with tails is easy and dependable. Food is delivered to your door ensuring your needs are also met. Happy healthy furbabies and happy content owners.”

“Milo is a very fussy eater. Since we started on pate wet food, Milo is clearing his bowl. He has even begun to eat kibble in the evening though not as much as I would like. I want him to be eating 50% wet and 50% dry. At present he is eating 75/25. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“My puppy loves tails food. I don't have to go out to buy it as it is delivered to me every month. All you need to do is enter your details, your dogs name, breed, weight and food preferences. It is then tailor made for your dog and delivered to your door. You also get a measuring cup so no weighing needed. The tails team certainly know their stuff.”

“Quick delivery & always comes in amazing condition. We’ve been using Tails for about a year now and it’s the only food that doesn’t upset Bella’s tummy. Some of the food looks good enough to eat myself especially the lamb stew one🤣 Everything seems to have been prepared perfectly as she runs out of both wet and dry food at the same time.”

“Brilliant simply brilliant! Our rescue dog was overweight so tried different brands of dry food specialised for helping him lose weight but none seemed to work. However since being on the tails dry food he has started to slim down and gain a bit of shape without being hungry all the time. Love the fact he has a measuring cup with the food telling us how much he should have per day. Several foods upset his tummy in the past but never this food. You can change the flavour, delivery day, add other extras etc etc online and keep track and they even email a few days before to let you know when the next delivery is coming with the option to do all the above. I have not had any issues, it works out at about £1 a day (including delivery) which I consider to be very reasonable for a happy dog! Thank you tails 😄”

“Changed to tails after many years of an our dog having a persistently upset stomach. After nearly a year on the recommended tails kibble he has has not suffered since. Their food always arrives on time and it’s so easy to move the date back if you aren’t quite finished with the last bag. Both our dog and our new puppy love their food and I wouldn’t ever use anything else again.”

“I have tried to order food for our 2 larger dogs, but have received an email saying that our details are already on the system, so we can’t have a trial period. We have never, ever had any food from here, and surely they can see that from our bank details and address. I have subscribed my mum before, but as she has no mobile number, I had used mine so that I could track delivery. I think that Tails are using this as an excuse, as they don’t want to send us £200 of food, for £20…….even though it is them who emailed us with a 90% off offer. If you don’t want to offer such a big discount, you shouldn’t offer it! I have cancelled mums subscription now, as we don’t want to deal with a company like this. I don’t appreciate the suggestion that I am a fraud, when I certainly am not. Beware!”

If a new account has matching details to a previously registered user, then we're unable to offer another trial. “Trying to update my dogs food on the website is so irritating I have been trying to remove the dry off for this month as I still have plenty left over. I’m half an hour in and still waiting on in being amended on the system, this is not the first time either this has happened!”

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble removing the dry food from your dog's next order; I'm keen to help! As the dry food is tailored to each dog's nutritional needs, you're unable to remove dry food from orders. However, we know sometimes dry food isn't always needed (perhaps you've been gifted a bag of food or just need to get the wet and dry food back in sync, you name it!), so we've got a new tool which allows you to request a wet food only order. “Like clockwork on just-in-time deliveries, and probably less than I was spending before I swapped. I swapped as my dog was very poorly and not eating well. Now he likes his kibble and loves the biscuits! They really encouraged him to eat properly again and he is recovering well.”

“We signed up to tails for our new puppy boba fettch he was really fussy with kibble and as soon as we started using tails he even ignored his puppy milk , I really liked that the puppy bags would change every 2 weeks till he got to a certain age making sure he had the right nutrition, you are invited to a Facebook group with everyone else enjoying tails which has competitions and let's you show off your pooch (cause who doesn't love showing off their furbaby) , the price I think is fair for what you get it's not much more than what a month would normally cost and this way I'm not worried about the quality or over feeding him .”
