“What a great little company, I am glad I found you and I will be ordering from you again. I brought a crossbow bundle from tactical archery and it was delivered within 24hrs. A target that was part of the bundle was out of stock due to a late delivery, I was contacted by customer services within a couple of hours of placing the order to say they will be shipping the crossbow today and the target would be sent in a few days with tracking information. True to their word I received my bow the following day and the target arrived very soon after. “I've been using T.A online for around a year now and I've made a number of purchases from them including crossbows and bows plus arrows and darts for all my bows and I can honestly say I have never once had reason to have second thoughts about using this company . The guys there are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to ensuring you go away as a happy customer , I will give one example
One of the guys I was in contact with thru email sent me a few freebies and not because they did anything wrong it was simply just to keep a happy customer happier still .
Trust me these guys are great and will take care of you from the min you order right up to when ever you need them even if it's just for advice about your purchases there is no take your money with one hand and wave goodbye with the other hand with these guys .
