Hello We simply print the manual the manufacture makes available for the Nokia phone you have. We have no control over the information they put in the manual.

Hello We do not write the book. The publisher of the book has said it has not been updated as there is very little change in the how the iPad works and the book covers the basic functions. For a full user guide you will need to visit the Apple website where you can view the full user guide on line.

Hello You ordered the iPad manual for beginners this covers models but is only a basic user guide to get you started. For the full user guide you will need to go to the Apple website as they only make the manual for you to view on line.

“The print was so incredibly small that I needed to use both my glasses and a magnifying glass as well. The fact that the print colour wasn't a true black also made the reading very difficult.”

Hello I have checked and normally this manual would of been sent in A4 size. I will resend the order as it sounds like you received an A5 copy.

“The manual illustrations all have a home button whereas mine has a line at bottom to swipe up. When i queried if I had sent for wrong manual I was told the manuals provided on software rather than model which means nothing to me. My iPad is a 5th generation iPad Air and I still don’t know if I have the correct manual”

Hello The manual ordered was for a laptop. We simply supply what the manufacturers make available for the laptop.

“If you are not technically able, it is not easy to follow! The big fault with this very lengthy double-book guide is where to find the page(s) you need, as the 12 pages long "index" is given in page number order, not subject order!!”

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble with the manual;. all we can do is supply the customer with the manual that Apple have made for their device. We have no control over the contents of the manual.

“I should have realised having previously bought the iPhone 11 manual from you that in fact this manual would be far to complex for me. However it is a well made manual and written I would imagine to somebody with already a fair knowledge would be very usefull. To me an 83year old I needed an index to find my way around the index!”

Sorry we can only print what is provided by the manufacturers. Apple don't provide an index, only a table of contents.

“I am new ti an iPad. It took about 3 weeks for this to get to me. I thought this was very slow since I didn't know how to hook up my iPad. I didn't know where to begin. So I went 3 weeks of down time. Since I purchased it through QVC I thought they should have offered instructions. At least to get you started. I am glad I have the books now but they seem very complicated for a novice. I also think the cost of the books was high.”

Delivery of manuals has been severely affected by the Coronvirus in some cases. We still get almost all orders out within 12 working hours, but some postal services have been down to 10 or 20% of their staff. Of course there is nothing we can do about this. Note that we don't write the manuals, we just print and bind what is produced by the manufacturer.

“I do like the information available via the books (they are probably worth more stars) but, I am an ancient total novice at tablets/iPads . . . that manages on a computer to use several skills associated with the time I worked in the print, engineering and railway industries. As it is difficult to receive one to one explanation of the peculiarities of iPads -- because of the blinking virus -- it helps me a great deal if illustrations, even highlighted text, etc is present to progress satisfactorily. Nontheless, I think your books will provide the way forward. Thanks for good service. KInd regards, RayH”
