“Really to the point. What do you need, check we can supply. Communication is excellent. Delivery quick. Product as stated. A genuine company, meeting a real need. Super for older people who need instructions. Would recommend to everyone.”

“The iPad Pro users manual was complete. However, the printing was too small. The manual should be larger, e.g., 8 1/2 x 11 inches, with corresponding larger print (12 point type). Thanks.”

“They found this manual for me when my efforts failed and, as usual, the resulting printed work looks and feels good while the spiral binding means that it is very convenient to work with at my computer. “The print was so small that it is very difficult to read. I was surprised that the cost of the manual for a Kindle Fire Tablet of a few pages was as costly as a smart camera manual of many more pages. I was able to print a manual with larger print myself using simple page adjustment on my own printer. Perhaps OTC could consider this to make reading a manual easier.”

“As an absolute beginner with a tablet I was unable to understand very little of it but managed to get the internet up and email, but things like where to store email addresses were beyond me. So not terribly useful. It needs to be words of one syllable!”

I'm sorry but we don't write the manuals. They are written by the manufacturers and we just print and bind the manuals so you don't need to. If the manual is of no use you can always return it to us for a full refund.

“A good overall manual but as a 92 year old and spent 28 years on PCs I would have preferred it in A4 size And in colour, obliviously at extra cost. Best wishes. George”

“Never had a tablet before, and purchased a 2nd hand one with out instructions , found on the web site OTC who covered the manual for my tablet, Had no worries about using or setting up, as the manual covered everything you needed to know, i was over the moon, and will log this site into my favorites for future should i ever buy something without a Manuel. Thank you OTC”

“The Samsung Manual was FINE, but the LINX 10 was not good enough to be of use, beyond a larger copy of the very tiny Guide with the Tablet, my wife was disappointed, and it was not much use to her in explaining how to use the Tablet. One observation that I have with the Samsung Tablet was that the layout was different to my own Tablet, in that it has NO side switch buttons on one side. I am talking about the Samsung 6 B. Please be aware that we don't write the manuals. We just print what is produced by the manufacturers. It sounds like you may need to return the Linx manual for as refund. Perhaps the Samsung manual is for the wrong model? It might be best to call the office on 01707 273773 to discuss?
