“No complaints about the service - the only delay was on the part of Royal Mail, whose delivery during the Covid Lockdown took much longer than it ought. But the best and a pleasant surprise was to see that the quality of the binding had very much improved, as compared with several previous orders, for which it had been necessary to request replacements. I was puzzled to receive e-mail sent by OTC to my gmail account, since that is one I rarely use, and only found their messages by chance,”

“This is my first smart phone and so I didn't have a clue how to use it and manual didn't advise on how to do the simple things like making and receiving calls which was the main reason for purchasing the phone, I am 79 years old so these things are not easy to understand, in the end a 16 year old showed me how to use it and its quite simple when you know how I did receive an e-mail from you saying you were refunding 10 % but I replied saying that I was considering returning it for a refund, however I have decided to keep in the hope that I can figure out some of the other uses of the phone, I assume you will still refund the 10%”

Hello I am sorry you had problems with the manual. We simply print what the manufacturers make available we have no input on the contents of the manuals. I have refunded you the 10% today. Regards Julie

“The first small sized version that was sent was in such faint and small print as to be almost unreadable. However, I pointed this out by phone and a larger sized replacement copy was immediately posted to me - without quibble or hesitation. The clarity and size of this second copy was very much improved but, for an 88 year old, who was not brought up to be computer savvy, I was hoping for more sympathetic guidance with less knowledge being assumed.”

Hello I am happy the second manual was more helpful. We simply print what the manufacturers make available for their devices we have no input on the contents of the manuals.

“I have purchased a camera manual from this company & I was delighted to find they also did one for my new iPad 12.9" pro. It arrived very quickly, next day - it was so comprehensive it came in 2 parts, ring bound. It made setting up my new iPad & decommissioning the old one easy - I would have struggled without. “I was so pleased when the manual arrived for my new iphone. It was so professionally done. The spiral binding makes looking at pages so easy and the plastic pages on the front and the back will help to keep it clean. I know that I could have just looked things up on the computer, but I like to peruse the book and take my time. I've used this company before and I would definitely use them again...as well as, recommending them to my friends. Even though I had to wait a bit because I live in the USA, it was worth it!”

“It is so useful to have a printed manual now that most manufacturers seem to just give an om line address for this and it is not so easy to refer to a particular section as it is with a hard copy. I, and I'm sure many others, are so grateful for the service you provide.”
