“Having bought a new model iPad 8th gen., expected that OTC would not have a manual available, this was confirmed by the owner. He continuously kept me in formed of the progress and the Co vid reasons that were causing the delay. Was able to order at the end of January and received the manual promptly and very pleased with the A5 size and ring binding. I find the printing with my glasses fine and the A5 size easy to handle. Having used OTC in the past for a camera manual had no hesitation in waiting and ordering this iPad manual, companies like this good are hard to find and really appreciated the personal touch of the owner Jeff Seymour.”

“I have used Tablet Manual.com and OTC before, and I am at a loss to find anything to criticise about them.I Even requested a special, everything to be printed on A4, and this was arranged and done with no delay. I am delighted with the product, and the friendly and thoroughly efficient manner my request was dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“My daughter bought me a 9.7in iPAD . Your book starts -every thing I need to know. What is it , what does it do? Two very basic questions, and no simple answer. I got my grass cutter to ---Turn it on. It locks up with two images split down the middle. Throw it in the corner. Order your books because I thought they must be the best . Wrong again in my life---but at 96 ---I cant be wrong much longer.”

Sorry to hear this. Please bear in mind that we don't write the manuals. They are written by the manufacturers and we simply print and bind them. If you are not happy with the manual just return it to us for a full refund.

“I do like the information available via the books (they are probably worth more stars) but, I am an ancient total novice at tablets/iPads . . . that manages on a computer to use several skills associated with the time I worked in the print, engineering and railway industries. As it is difficult to receive one to one explanation of the peculiarities of iPads -- because of the blinking virus -- it helps me a great deal if illustrations, even highlighted text, etc is present to progress satisfactorily. Nontheless, I think your books will provide the way forward. Thanks for good service. KInd regards, RayH”
