“I'm torn between the ratings here, because, on the day, the guys were brilliant. Everything else was shocking. The night my Dad passed, it took me over an hour to get through to Cribbs, no one was answering any of the numbers i was calling! My mother and i had to sit in the lounge looking at my dead father, trying frantically to get through! We eventually got through on a number i stumbled across online. The next problem, was the orders of service, that had spelling mistakes, and a poem that read she instead of he, making it extremely difficult for my daughters to read at the service. For a company that has been trading for so long, and even had a TV programme, they are only as good as you find them, and i would not personally recommend them.”
