A huge thank you to Dawn for doing an incredible job she came highly recommended at Cribbs for her meticulous planning and first-class professionalism at all times. She thinks ok complete control and I can’t begin to thank you enough for everything that you did for Dad. The four white horses and the white coach was breathtaking everyone in Upminster in the high street stopped to watch the horses go by. Everything was completely perfect it might seem a bit strange to describe it as magical but it really was. Lastly, I’d like to say thank you to Jack and his colleague who came for Mum and then 8 months later for dad for being so incredibly sensitive and caring and arriving so promptly during the most difficult of times that we were all experiencing then. “I'm torn between the ratings here, because, on the day, the guys were brilliant. Everything else was shocking. The night my Dad passed, it took me over an hour to get through to Cribbs, no one was answering any of the numbers i was calling! My mother and i had to sit in the lounge looking at my dead father, trying frantically to get through! We eventually got through on a number i stumbled across online. The next problem, was the orders of service, that had spelling mistakes, and a poem that read she instead of he, making it extremely difficult for my daughters to read at the service. For a company that has been trading for so long, and even had a TV programme, they are only as good as you find them, and i would not personally recommend them.”

“Six years ago, we entrusted T Cribbs with our beloved father, and the service was impeccable. With that, and shortly after this, my mother then pre-paid for her funeral with them. Sadly, and almost to the day my sister passed, and our first path of comfort in knowing the funeral will be taken care of was T Cribbs. Identifying the worst moments in life but being assured that the dignified and personalised service of the company has left me convinced of their service in my, and others passing in my family. An outstanding team that truly understand how the human emotion works at such horrid times. I'd also like to thank the pastor Derek, suggested to us by T Cribbs, who did an amazing job in honouring my sister. “T Cribbs we’re great. My mother and I came to the Beckton branch in Jan 2019 (through a referral) when they looked after my father. From London to his final journey to Ghana, everyone was impressed with how handsome he still looked. Kate Short was our point of contact - she was patient and very compassionate. I’m so thankful that T Cribbs made the whole process easy. Very reliable, kind, respectful and all flowed perfectly. Was very impressed how they understood the Ghanaian funeral customs, that’s the key that made it easy for us.
It was worth every penny and everything went according to plan. Only nit pick was the hearse in Ghana - could’ve been in better condition, don’t think we got another option. Other than that, we were happy.
