From the first day my Uncle and I visited her to start arranging my late Queens home going celebration of life she was so helpful, kind and caring. Mary communicated with me all the time and always took time to listen to all the attention to detail I requested for my Queen.
As my mama means the world to me I had to ensure everything was done so it was fit for the Queen my mother was. My Queen had the most beautiful send off and I know she would have loved it. I appreciate all the time and effort dedicated to ensure my Queens day went to plan. Mary was always willing to meet all my requirements and was positive throughout all our communications.

“We used Cribbs to look after my Dad after he died on Christmas Eve. They are so professional and delightful to work with, that I felt so much better knowing he was in their care. Their beautiful premises in Beckton is so welcoming, and it was much better to arrive and be able to gather in the lounge rather than outside in the freezing cold. We chose to have the service and the wake at their Beckton premises and so many people commented on what a fabulous set up that was, very comfortable, but also no need to drive from one premises to another. Nothing was too much trouble. They printed the order of service which was so lovely. From the staff at Cribbs, to the catering and most wonderful service by the minister Derek, the whole thing gave my Dad the best send off we could have hoped for. I know he would have loved it. Highly recommend, and considering how special the place is and the many years of experience they offer, the price is very competitive.”

“T Cribbs have been my family funeral directors for many many years so when it came to my mother in laws funeral my husband put his trust in me that cribbs are the best! From the moment myself & our daughter walked in to cribbs at benfleet to make arrangement's we were welcomed so warmly. I had never arranged a funeral before and we were helped every step of the way by Ed. He was so patient & kind and we never for one moment felt rushed to make choices & everything we wanted to have was there. Ed kept us informed at every stage & took care of every detail & the day was perfect in every way. The lovely ladies in the office too who were so kind & always helped with phone calls from me & impromptu visits to drop things off or ask questions. They were so helpful.
The evening before the funeral I heard from Joe cribb who made me feel so at ease when going through the final arrangements with us & reassuring us of anything we were worried about. Joe was leading the funeral on the day. He led the most amazing, respectful and dignified funeral we could have wished for. Every person felt looked after and it felt so relaxed but so professional in every way.
We had the 1936 vintage Rolls Royce hearse! Wow! It was just incredible & so regal & fitting for my Mother in laws personality. It was a beautiful send off for her. All these things have given my husband such comfort knowing how well she had been looked after. I will be eternally grateful to you all, my husband got through the hardest day of his life today & felt at the end of it that he did his mother proud! All because of your hard work, dedication & empathy. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. Best wishes to you all.

From the moment I walked into the warm, clean and welcoming environment of T Cribbs Debden a weight was lifted. My daughter, brother and I were led through the process by the lovely Denise who had all the time and patience for us. We were undecided about so many things. Attention to detail was second to none. We were given time and listened to. Mum was treated with the utmost of care and dignity. “Our mothers funeral was on Thursday October 12th, the weather was rotten and caused several traffic issues which meant that several family members were running late and panic stricken. Jack and his team were the most calm and reassuring presence and made sure we all arrived at the church on time, they were so professional and attentive throughout the day that many people commented on how smoothly everything went from bringing our mum to the church the previous evening, the funeral, the graveside burial and the wake. We would also like to say thank you to Dawn at the Elm Park office who was extremely helpful throughout.”

I called the Dalston branch and got through to a lovely woman named Cynthia Tobierre. She was very professional, trustworthy, caring, helpful and talked me through everything. I gave my Daughter a lovely send off and wouldn’t have been able to do it without Cynthia’s help and support.
