“I just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to Lyndsey fox for always being super responsive to all my inquiries and always getting back to me promptly with any information I need aswell as patiently answering all my questions. Lyndsey as excellent communication and customer service skill she makes me feel as a customer that she as a genuine desire to help. Lyndsey's product knowledge is outstanding and I would like to thank her massively for consistently meeting my needs with patience and grace, thank you for your hard work and dedication I for one really appreciate it and look forward to our on going future interactions, you help me to get my job done :) You are a super star, thank you!!”

“I have used sylvester keal over the years 10+ infact , when managing a few different kitchens. They have also provided a high level of service. Each step from logging calls, taking orders, fitting equipment, planning for future kitchen designs and deliveries. Every member of the team i have delt with has always been extremley helpful and professional,i wouldnt use anyone else !”

“We have a long standing excellent relationship with sylvester Keal and more recently have developed an excellent relationship with Jack Brighton who is our representative. Jack visits the care home every couple of weeks or sooner if needed, he checks our equipment and products and takes any required actions. By Jack doing this, he relieves the pressure from me because he is attending and having regular visual oversight of everything which I am very greatful for. Jack is approachable, contactable and makes sure that any repair work needed is organised swiftly with the goal of reducing the disruption caused by equipment breaking down. Thank you Jack.”

“Great service all round, from Jack our accounts manager to the guy who did the installation of the dispensers. They liaised with us from start to finish. Came out to discuss our needs and didn't try to pressure us into getting something we didn't need.”

“So I only turned a fryer on without oil in it.....yes I know I'm an idiot! Its 4 days before the easter holidays and our fryer is knackered...Great...I rang Sylvester keals to get them out to it ASAP and rang the next day to nag as obviously I'm pretty desperate, the lovely Helen then past me on to Ash for him to then tell me that hes mega busy and unindated with jobs and it wasn't looking great for getting this done in time for the weekend he then told gave me confidence to find a reset button which we had already looked for but couldn't find but this time with Ash's help we found it and it's all back working.....so I'm writing this purely to say a massive thank you to Ash who as saved me losing my job and having a very stressful Bank Holiday. Your a blooming legend!!!!”

“Good customer service, 4 weekly visits by our Business Development Manager (Jack), to check everything is ok. Always makes a point of asking if there is anything additional they can support with. Would recommend this company if you are looking for a supplier with good stock levels, quick delivery and competitive prices.”
