“Had a Rock door installed by them in December 2022. 3 years ago had a new garage door installed by them. The lead time is very long and it took even longer as it was delayed so it's very annoying waiting. But excellent service and communication. Very nice guys who come and do the installation. Would definitely deal with them again.”

“Avoid Horman doors. Whilst we have no issue with the installation the door had a scratch within two weeks of installation, we can only presume it's from opening and closing the door which is the basic function so Hormann garage doors arent worth the price tag - maybe buy a cheaper product replace more often. We viewed the product in SWR's showroom and feel the reassurances about the improvements about scratches given by Scott were misleading and there didn't seem any surprise when we said it was scratched already. As an update Hormann have confirmed that scratches happen so unless you want a garage door you don't open buy an alternative product. I can't recommend SWR on this basis.”

“20 years or so ago we got SWR to install an automatic garage door system. Recently a fault developed with one door. I contacted the team and Contract Manager Amy was super professional and helpful. An engineer visit was arranged in the same week, and when the team turned up the problem was resolved efficiently. Great customer service, thanks all.”

“From our first telephone call through to survey and installation its been a joy being a SWR customer. We originally used SWR services in 2014 and now that we wanted to incorporate an additional awning we had no hesitation in choosing SWR again trustworthy, reliable, great customer communication, VFM and awesome customer engagement 100% recommend TEAM SWR”

“Very helpful at every stage:- initial consideration, ordering, arranging installation and then the installation itself. Our fitting team (Beau and Harry) were courteous and efficient, and also had to think around a couple of difficulties in our old garage when removing the existing doors which they did really well. Delighted with the end result.”

“It was a shame how the installation of our French doors,bifold door and picture wondowvdid not go to plan. The final product is very good and the SWR team are a friendly bunch. There were issues with their quality control in regard to ensuring measurements were checked by their own team. A big error was made that led to the ordering of an incorrect opening direction of the bifold . Also the initial bifold had wrong sized glass . This all led to several weeks delay. The installation team had to return as they did not have all the parts. I was pleased that these errors were rectified but it could have been a smoother process if more diligence was taken with the order details. The recommendation of a builder was not very good and this also took much longer than suggested and the workmanship was pretty rough”

“Harry and Beau were brilliant ,they wasted no time and worked in -4 conditions!! Explained everything thoroughly and gave us demonstration of all we needed to know. We are delighted with the work they carried out and door looks amazing.”
