“When I visited your showroom I felt that I was receiving good advice on the choice of garage doors. You delivered within the expected timetable, your installers took care, cleared up well and gave clear instruction for use. The finished result looks good and works well which means that I am a satisfied customer.”

“The products are good but the advice on installation was not great. The garage door fits on the back of the wall and this was not properly explained so we have two side panels which we didn't want. Also Sills do not match doors”

“The quality of the actual doors is superb and they really give the house kerbside appeal.More importantly the wife thinks they are great, not having to get out of the car to manually open/shut the double garage doors any more.”

“We received a phone call on the day of installation to say that the fitters were on their way. The fitters were very professional and explained everything to us. When the garage door was fitted we had a complete run through with them of how to operate the door and how to over come any problems that may occur. They did emphasise that if we had any problems with the door to contact SWR so they could resolve it. When the installation was completed all packaging and our old garage door was removed and taken away.”

“After sales service: Our garage door was installed approximately 10 years ago and had the roller shutter replaced approximately 2 years ago so the system was out of warranty. We recently experienced a problem with the shutter not closing fully so I contacted SWR and was fortunate to speak to Kyle who was extremely helpful and obtained the details regarding the reset procedure of the system to see if that would cure the problem before booking a visit by an Engineer. This cured the fault. Kyle demonstrated first class customer service and rang back when he said he would. 10/10 to Kyle.”
