“Excellent service from start to finish. We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the fitters, Scott and Seb. They removed the old garage door and its fittings in about 15 minutes, installed and tested the Hormann Rollmatic Roller Shutter Door, swept up afterwards and took all the rubbish away. A very professional job.”

“Friendly installers, worked quickly. Just wondering if I am to get cladding for the old frame as they did not have the work to replace it. ALso wondering if it is normal practice not to use 3 of the screw holes on the attached photo.”

“Bought a Napoleon freestyle BBQ and collected from Hemel Hempstead. Very quick and easy purchase and confirmation etc. BBQ wouldn't fit in my small boot but they helped me unbox and load. Took 1 hour with 2 people to assemble.Great product great price amazing service 👍 many thanks”

“Top marks to all at SWR for the supply and installation of our new Hormann Rollmatic garage door. We are delighted with the finished result as can be seen in the photo attached. The installation team Boe and Joe were prompt, courteous and friendly and efficient in fitting the door. It was a pleasure meeting them and having them here for this important part of our renovation project. Thank you to all at SWR.”

“SWR installed my door over 7 years ago. We have never had any problems. We had a recent problem that was sorted very quickly and this was a fault on my part, not the door.”

“I contacted the organisation as I was having problems with closing my automatic garage door which SWR had fitted some years ago. My initial contact was not very efficient as I was told the person dealing with these issues was not at their desk and will ring me back which they did not do. I rang again some hours later and got the person who was only interested in me paying a £90 fee for emergency call out. The operatives arrived slightly earlier than the agreed time and were very efficient and professional. I have no problem with how the problem was solved but dissatisfied with how I was originally treated.”

“Excellent service from looking at and recommending an awning to fitting. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the fitters were quick, neat and tidy. The awning is great. We couldn’t have had better service.”
