“I am delighted with my new windows and the fitting team were marvellous, courteous, efficient and excellent in tidying after themselves so the house was returned to its before state. I have been most impressed by SWR from start to finish. In fact the men were a delight to have around, and take a great pride in their work.”

“The staff were always helpful and did their best to accommodate me. I was forced to change installation dates because of my own issues sorting out things and they were patient. They kept to time scedules , although there were big time gaps between appointments each time I had to change it , but that is because they are all so busy. Service of site survey and installation of garage door all done competently well. Thank you. Minni D”

“Service was prompt and the garage door is now working again. I think the request for payment could be done in a less feisty manner. There appeared to be an approach of “if you don’t pay up front then we won’t come out”. No trust that I would pay,which is disappointing and quite incorrect.”

“Great service from start to finish. Communicated throughout the delivery process with updates on expected delivery dates. Fitters were clean and tidy with all brick dust and packaging cleaned from site. Would highly recommend.”
