“Happy but surprised the total bill was more than I was led to believe. Turns out the delivery charge of £9.50 is subject to VAT. Your office were very prompt explaining this. However, I think your itemised bill needs to reflect this. It's a bit smoke and mirrors with respect. You need to clarify that there is VAT on the delivery charge in your itemised billing receipt. Thanks.”

“Wanted a steel bannister. Didn't realise it would need drilling and tapping, but I got a lot of helpful advice and was able to get everything I needed. There was a problem with delivery, but SWR got it sorted out, but the delivery did take about 5 days using DX. The bannister looks very good now it's in place.”
