“Originally set up with Switchboard a couple of years ago to provide a number for our call out service. Continues to work brilliantly. Have just set up a new number for a different company where staff are now having to work from home. Again, the flexibility of the service enables you to setup exactly what is required for a really competitive and affordable cost. Have no problem in throughly recommending Switchboard - its a very slick service and their support is excellent.”

“Switchboardfree is a fantastic free telephone number and call management service for communities offering a volunteer service for people who need help during isolation. I am no IT whizz but I managed to set it up with no problems and it has been managing our calls well. I am so impressed.”

“Briliant product except having to use an alternative app to SBFPhone app as its had nothing but trouble, but workable. When I've needed support and emailed you, I was mainly communicating with the lovely lady known as Zoey, she caught me off guard with the phone call mid way through our email exchanges, but thankfully we're back to daily emails :-) Joking aside, your team and products availble are spot on, I shall be returning shortly for another order.”
