“Excellent customer service - again. This is the second review I've written for SF as when I had an account query it was excellently and empathetically dealt with. This time it was a technical issue, and - speaking as someone who's been in technical support for more than 20 years - I can say that it was a pleasure to deal with them. Zoe was prompt, friendly, polite, and not only advised me on how to work round the issue but offered to help in any other way she could while the core issue was addressed. Great customer service like this gives me the confidence to continue using Switchboardfree for many years to come. Thank you!”

“I have been working with SwitchboardFREE for a couple of years now. We took the view that we needed to extend our telephone service delivery model for our clients and looked around for an appropriate supplier. We neednt have bothered. I cannot praise the team at SwitchboardFREE more highly. They did not oversell, but offered constructive, educated and highly valuable advice in an area of technology where our own knowledge sadly lacks. Pricing was comparable with other companies we researched, but SLA's were better for our business from SwitchboardFREE. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for speed, reliability and attention to detail.”
