“I've been a SwitchboardFREE customer for some years now and have always had a good experience. Today was no different. I spoke with Hannah who was super friendly and promptly sorted out a small issue I was having. I was also interested in finding out more about their new outbound calling service and so asked Hannah for details. Within seconds, I had an email in my inbox telling me all about it and no sooner had I replied asking to place the order, I had another email saying it was all set up and ready to go. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes! To say I'm impressed is an understatement. So thank you Hannah. A great experience, and to top it off nicely, the outbound service works brilliantly and will certainly make my life a lot easier and the image of our company a great deal more professional. Many thanks again.”

“Hannah Welsh came across in a very professional and informative manner - coupled with her friendly personality, she put me at ease very quickly at the start of the call. I love the way how she answered all the questions I had in a very concise and easy to understand manner - she even answered questions I didn't have! Overall my experience with Hannah was very positive and I would love to see her progress in her career and get promoted! If I need anything else Hannah will be the first person I go to. 10/10 service.”
