“SwitchboardFREE enables me to give the impression of being more than a sole trader. Now I have a permanent 0844 number that has stayed the same when I changed my landline number - no need to have more printing done or inform clients. All costs need to be scrutinised in the present financial climate. This free service is fantastic. The cost to customers is minimal, compared with what some other numbers cost.”

“We use switchboard free for two tasks, and it has greatly increased our effectiveness. To handle job seekers leaving voice messages, this means that we do not have to have someone manning the phones 24/7. We use switchboard free as a call log system to record employees attendance, they simply make a call an leave a voice message on arrival and departure from the site that they are working on, this voice mail is forwarded to an email address which logs the date and time of the call. We love the fact that it is free!!”

“I own a small design and print business and having the Switchboard service has really made a huge impact on me and my customers. Being able to use the telephone numbers for both mine and my customers' advertising campaigns has given me the power to track which adverts are working, where and this has been invaluable! Needless to say my customers are thrilled as it means they can target the areas that are working and ditch the ones that aren't saving them time and money and helping them plan for future promotions. I would not be without Switchboard now, I can't believe it's free!”

“It's so important for me to be able to advertise a local landline number rather than my mobile but as a start-up I just couldn't justify paying to get a line installed...Switchboard-free have provided me with a number, a recorded introduction, on-hold music and the ability to track my calls and missed calls all for under a tenner a month! I wish I'd known about this sooner!”

“Switchboard provide the telephone numbers for my business. Not only does this give my business a professional image, but I can use different numbers on different adverts to see which ones are actually working for me - all at such a small cost. The staff I've spoken to are all extremely helpful too whenever I have any questions about the service. Great job!”

“If I want to change my redirect anytime I can open the app and do it instantly. No having to wait days to change settings. The guys on the support team are always happy to help and very personable. Has really helped me expand my business.”
