“I Haven't Had Many Calls From The Public Yet. As I Haven't Produced Much Marketing Materials, For The Public To Be Aware Of My Business. However The Few Calls I Have Had Have Progressed Smoothly Thanks To The Switchboardfree Configuration I Have. And I Have Made Some Money As A Result. I Am Having More Marketing Materials Produced By A Graphic Designer. I Am Sure Over The Course Of The Next Few Months My Phone Number Which Is Freephone ( Which I Believe Makes A Company Seem More Professional) , Will Be Very Busy And I May Even Have More Orders Than I Can Cope With. Also When Using The Web To Get Callbacks From Companies That You May Purchase A Service Or Product From, It Is Very Useful As A Potential Seller Doesn't Really Want to Add the Costs For Their Sales Departments Phone Calls To The Cost Of Their Products. Also the ability to change settings Yourself Is Very Useful If You Need To Add Transient Business Numbers For Any Freelancers You Hire.”

“I have had a SwitchboardFree number for almost 10 years. I am now in the process of retirement and so I do not have anything like that activity on the number that I have had during my most active years of trading. However, I still make use of the service and find that it is very worthwhile, and that as I sometimes now do not have any calls in a given month, the service is very tolerant of my periods of low or zero call volume.”

“As clients for a good number of years, we have received generally good service. The web interface works well, although not with International numbers. We do wish they would use a credit card clearer other than Worldpay, though. We have a number of problems with them accepting our cards. So, generally "Good" (although we hesitated on "Acceptable") but could do better in some aspects of customer service.”
