“Katie provided top notch service initially on the refund of the top up via email and then over the phone answering all questions in a detailed manner the following Monday. Hannah rang and no help was needed for me being a new customer due to Katies excellent customer service Surprised at the extent of SBF's features and products compared to when I used SBF a few years back. Even better although if there was slight improvement it would be nice to change the Jazz on hold music to something bit more....Jazz : )”

“The website is a bit opaque, as I had no idea how to navigate it, and the FAQ does not address that there are two apps and I might be on the wrong app. However, Katie was really helpful, and although it was initially a struggle, she soon realized I was not using the right app! Using SwitchboardFree fine now.”

“When things go wrong, as they inevitably do sometimes, how you deal with it is what counts. I suggest the Switchboard Customer Support team should rename themselves to the Customer Care team because they actually do seem to care!”
