“Excellnyt service- I have been looking for a replacement swtich for an old Black and Decker Garden Vac which B&D could no longer supply. But the on line drawings from Switch matched exactly and delighted to say it was an easy fix and repar. So a £100 has been saved as otherwise the tool would have been useless.”

“I've been a repeat customer for a short while but have decided to use a competitor in the future instead. Switch Electronics have a large stock list and are very quick to arrange delivery, however their big let down is order accuracy. Almost every order I have placed via the website has had components missing, incorrect values included, or both. Luckily I have always noticed but mistakes like this could cause damage or even injury. It's such a fundamental thing to get right.”
