“This was my first order with switch and some of the parts supplied are incorrect, despite several attempts to contact customer service I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact you via the customer service telephone number, no one answers and then the line cuts off!”

“Mine was a very small order for some PP3 battery clips, but the whole process was handled swiftly and expertly.
