“I found Switch Electronics by accident on eBay and then online. Ordered some parts, I made a mistake but the correct item was added free of charge which is unusual these days! Really great prices and fast service. Ben replied to several emails and I will do future business with them plus I have passed their details onto others as I was so impressed.”

“Selection of supplies is great. Website could look better but definitely not bad and doesn't really need to either. A very small component was missing from my order but they shipped the missing items very quickly after contacting them about it. Overall good experience.”

“Ordered some miniature pcb switches to repair the unreliable on/off switches on 2 Roberts radios - 16p each + postage! Worked well snd saved 2 new raidios. As my miniature diagonal cutters were getting a bit worn I ordered a pair of these for the same postage. These had a dowel pin to stop over-opening and the ships worked but the dowel had been bent in manufacturing. I emailed a picture back to the company and after they agreed it was a manufacturing defect, they supplied a replacement pair by return. Friendly fast response. Will use again. Mel”
