“Highly recommended customer service - unfortunately, the wrong transformer was delivered but after reporting this to customer services, the following working day the correct transformer was delivered, no fuss, great communications. I will definitely be using switch electronics for future purchases. I am an electronic equipment repair specialist with over 50 years of experience, I need fast deliveries and if discreptancies do occour, sorted out immediatly without any fuss.”

“I bought a lithium-ion 12v battery, with uk charger. The charger plug prongs (the 2 bottom ones, the top was plastic, arrived broken off) are too large to fit in a uk socket, so I have a problem. Sent a message to customer services yesterday, (which is the only way to return, get refund) no response. This request for a review is the first contact I’ve had from them since. I would not currently recommend wasting your money on this product.”

I believe you have mixed us up with another company. We are not based in the USA and we have never heard of Queens Gate, nor do we have litter and potholes in our car park.
