“All products received, inexpensive and VERY quick delivery. I had an enquiry so I was very disappointed that they did not answer my online enquiry and do not pick up the phone when I call. In future, if I use this company, I will place small orders to limit the damage in case I need to contact them to return anything as I'm sure they would never respond. Treat this company's 'Contact Us' policy with some scepticism, you may try to contact them but your chances of success seem to be limited.”

“The item seems of good quality and arrived very swiftly. I bought this in error, my fault, it's too big for the application I had in mind. I did however cut a small piece off to try it out and it certainly shrunk to fit when heat was applied.”
