“I've been a repeat customer for a short while but have decided to use a competitor in the future instead. Switch Electronics have a large stock list and are very quick to arrange delivery, however their big let down is order accuracy. Almost every order I have placed via the website has had components missing, incorrect values included, or both. Luckily I have always noticed but mistakes like this could cause damage or even injury. It's such a fundamental thing to get right.”

“Temperature sensors did not work. After metering out and a bit of research it turns out that they are manufactured incorrectly and this is a known problem. I emailed switch electronics with this and the fix of moving a resistor on the board. I never had acknowledgement of the email, but got a request for a review and to share my experience. How different an apology and acknowledgement would have made this review.”

“It’s great that discrete components can still be purchased for hobby electronics in the UK. It was unfortunate that the delivery company DPD missed their deadline for delivery. I didn’t use the component in the end as it arrived after a part I’d order from China!! O did a switch rather than a repair.”
