“I ordered quantity of the Mate n Lock connectors form Switch Electronics which arrived a few days later. The quality of the connectors is very good and fit for purpose. Unfortunately the order had a couple of issues. I contacted them via email over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the fast response (first thing Monday morning) apologising for the problem. The replacement parts arrived the following day. Unfortunately one of the replacement parts had the same problem. Another email sent, an equally good response and apology from the company. The correct parts arrived the following day. Third time lucky. Overall they resolved the issues in a professional way and would use them again. If you need electrical / electronic parts give them a try.”
