“I bought clear red LEDs which were at a sensible price, the postage price was reasonable, items arrived the next day after ordering, I soldered them onto the pc board they worked perfectly. What's not to like, I would use and definitely recommend this contractor.”

“Originally paid extra for first class post. Wrong item sent, emailed to explain. Following day no contact, phoned to check, email hadn't been read. Explained circumstances, explained I wanted goods quickly. Despite promise of same day despatch, nothing received so now project delayed. Different order, Ebay purchase, no discount applied as 'that only applies to our website purchases.' Conclusion? Lack of interest in customer service.”

Hello, I am very sorry for the issues you have experienced. I have just spoken to my colleague about your case and looked over your order. I can see you paid for the economy postage option, and my colleague looked for your email but it seems we have not received it. I have just checked myself and we definitely have not received any communication from yourself. Our system is showing the replacement transistors where sent on Thursday by 1st class post, delivery is 1-2 working days with 1st class so it should hopefully be with you today. The discount code you received is for orders on our website and not ebay, it does state this on the coupon. We will look to see if we can make this clearer however. If the transistors do not arrive today, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can escalate the case.

“Ordered 2 small rocker switches at 3pm came next day put switch into defective vac cleaner, works perfect. Brilliant service can't ask for more. Certainly recommend”

“To catch up with the 21st century. (36 years old. But act like 86) finally got round to learning arduino. Switch electronics have 99% of what I require. You can download data sheets for your product. Whick was helpfull for me. As I am trying to grow chilli plants. And looking at plant monitoring through arduino. They also supply hard to find consumables. For me. That would be for work. Now you can save a quid or two, by going to the usual suspects. But you do not know what you are getting or parts could be janky. Went on confuser in the morning. Had a package through letter box next morning. For what I required. Royal mail post lady managed to post my parts. I prefer royal mail to deliver parcels. If parcel is to big. I can just go and collect it. Packaging is simple and protects your components. No massave parcels like amazon. From all of this rambling. Organise what you want. Pay and extra quid or two. To recieve quality components and fast delivery. I will be using switch electronics again.”

“Having tried to make a repeat purchase of a product I found it to be out of stock but was informed by Switch Electronics that is was likely to be restocked in two weeks time. True enough I received such notification and the order was fulfilled by first class delivery. Very impressed. with the level of service.”
